We were first time home buyers in a country foreign to both my husband and I. Stephanie was just the trusted advisor we needed. From our very first meeting, where she patiently educated us on the various neighborhoods of San Francisco, to identifying interesting properties for us each weekend, Stephanie was prompt without making us feel rushed. She was thoughtful, attentive, responsive and took the labouring oar to find us our perfect home with minimal sweat and fuss on our part :). We felt comfortable discussing finances with her and sought her advice on issues that first time home owners likely find challenging. She patiently answered our umpteen questions, represented us assertively against unyielding seller(s) and eventually got us a deal we love. The fact that as first time home owners we did not feel exhausted by the end of it all, speaks volumes for how seamless Stephanie made it for us. Even after we closed the deal, Stephanie was kind enough to follow up and see if she could help us with the logistics of our move-in (help book time slots with our building management etc). That level of thoughtfulness and professionalism is compelling.

Stephanie will get your house sold! Before heading out on a 3-week vacation in June, I hired Stephanie to sell my Castro condo. By the time I came back from vacation she had the condo beautifully staged, the neglected garden was rejuvenated, and the whole place just looked better than ever. She also managed my move into my new apartment while I was gone. After one open house, we had multiple offers and got over asking. Stephanie is super detail oriented, a highly strategic marketer and negotiator, and an overall remarkable professional to work with. If you're looking to buy or sell real estate in San Francisco, I couldn't recommend anyone more capable than Stephanie.

Stephanie helped us buy our first home and made the whole process totally painless. She answered all our ridiculous first time buyer questions and was extremely helpful in negotiating with the sellers. From start to finish we had our dream house in less than two months. Stephanie is very responsive and very easy to get along with. Not to mention the fact that she is one of the most knowledgeable agents we came across. There are so many agents out there all saying the same things but Stephanie really was far and away more than we could have asked for in a Realtor.
