The margerita pizza was grub!! The service was hokey. The girl forgot 2 put n r order, but they gave us free mozzarella sticks. They were good as well.

The place was fun and the calzone was descent.  Stefano's is located on the pier.  Kind of a carnival atmosphere.  Fun to wonder around and check out the surrounding shops.  This place was fast food quality.  Nothing fancy.  The calzone crust was pretty good and seemed homemade.  There should have been more filling.  I was a little disappointed.  Overall, it was okay.  If I return I'll probably try another place on the pier.

terrible service, no sense of urgency. i paid 4.50 for a slice of cheese that came 35 min later. i paid 4.75 for really warm shock top (nothing like a beer at a restaurant reminding you of the bottom end of a 40oz.) i told them how it was warm, and i didnt get much as far as an "im sorry, let me make it up to you", but at that point i wasnt about to wait another 15 min for a new beer.. on a good note it has a beautiful view and the pizza was tasty. all that said, it does not excuse shitty service, so thats why i give 2 stars.

    Stefano's is an interesting place.

The location is cool because you are right on the pier. Being a Chicago guy I'm still on the look out for a good pizza place in southern California. Or hell, anywhere in the west.
Stefano's is the best I've had, but it doesn't have any competition. We had the entertainment book coupon for this place and if it didn't GPS me to it, I'd never would have found it.
We also had a real airhead waitress who either just started the day we went or smoked a bong seconds before we walked in. We did sit outside which was nice but I think that's only because there was no indoor seating. The paper plate and styrofoam cups get to be a pain on our windy day.
One cool thing through.... And I'm still not sure... When they waitress would lean over to put the food or drinks down, think I heard the ocean roaring from her ear... (like a coral shell)... Maybe not..... ;P

    Loves it.

I like thin crust pizza, it's not for everyone but it's for me! :))
Came here again for the 4th of July pre-fireworks show. Sat outside (obviously) and had a really good time. There's a bit of a wait for food but honestly, it's the shortest wait for food you'll find at Shoreline Village. The place is busy! Is it lame to say I like their fries? At a pizza parlor? Well I like their fries! :)

My friend and I came here for a hold over before dinner and we shared the pasta which came with 4 slices of their garlic bread which was delicious with the pasta sauce. The woman working realized that we were poor students from CSU Long beach and came back with 4 more slices of their homemade garlic bread on the house. That was awesome.
    Thanks Stefano's

I went there last night.   We had chicken alfredo and vodka noodloni....something.    Served on styrofoam plates and paper cups.   The food was decent, though, not super duper Italian, but decent.    I liked the charm of the indoor/outdoor eating areas.   Good lighting and very clean.   Nice, non-assuming staff.

Didn't eat, but the lady that served us our beers was very friendly.  It was our 3rd stop of our pub crawl.  They only serve beer.  I'm sure the pizza would've been good, but then again, I don't think I've ever had pizza I didn't lIke.

Wow! I have lived in Long Beach my entire life and had never been here before yesterday! What was wrong with me?
Michelle and I stopped in here with my in-laws to grab a late lunch. We all figured that Italian is a safe spot to go, so in we went!
The lady at the counter immediately greeted us and handed us a menu and we picked out what we wanted.
The inside of the restaurant is nothing special - just a big counter and kitchen with a few tables and a small tv in the dining area. If you go here and it is not too cold outside, definitely go for an outside table! You will have a view of the water and the sun shining down on you.

I secured a table outside while everyone else ordered the food. We ended up ordering a whole pizza - half pepperoni and half vegetarian -, a spinach and ricotta calzone, chicken lasagna, and an Italian Sub Sandwich. After sitting for about ten minutes, the pizza came out. Wow, that thing looked good! Unfortunately, I didn't get to sample any of it, but the in-laws said it was a very good pizza.
The wait for the rest of our food took a little too long. After the pizza had come out, the rest of the food took 15 minutes to get to the table. I assume this had to do with cooking the calzone fresh, because they don't make it until you place the order. While we were waiting, the manager came out and talked with us a bit. Very friendly!

When the rest of the food finally did come, it all looked amazing.
I had the Italian Sub Sandwich. From the looks of the sandwich, I wasn't expecting much, but then I bit down into it and was amazed! A rush of flavor came sweeping into my mouth. The italian meats, provolone cheese, and italian dressing combined to make the best tasting Italian Sub I have ever had! Now that's saying something because I order an Italian Sub at every Italian restaurant and sandwich shop I go to! My wife said the chicken lasagna was only mediocre, however. The calzone, on the other hand, was huge and stuffed with ricotta and spinach. It came to our table piping hot and begging to be eaten! Of course, I tried a bit of the calzone and it was right on. Not as flavorful as my sandwich, but still amazingly good.

Now, for the service. The lady who took our order also came by five or six times to see if we needed anything. I also watched her clean tables as people left. This girl did everything and always had a smile on her face. She was very courteous and kind to all of the customers. I watched as five different tables requested something from her at the same time. She smiled and said "Coming up!" and came back a few minutes later and got every request right. You won't find that in any chain restaurant!

Why haven't I come here before? I've been wasting almost 30 years of my life without their food! I can't wait to go back and try some more.
-1 Star for the lengthy wait for the rest of our food, but everything else was amazing. I may never go to another chain Italian place again.

This is almost close to home. Its walking distance for me.

Stefanos Pizzeria, It has been in the city of Long Beach for quite some time now 10+ years. And still tastes great since the first time I ate here.

They offer, New York Style Pizza slices or whole pies, pasta, and calzones.

If you and your special someone are in the mood for good pizza and a good view of the city, then this is the place to be especially during sunset.

Pizza, out of many places this is my favorite. never ask for slices for pizza unless you are in a hurry. Always order a WHOLE pie. Its alot more fresher and hot!

Pepperoni, and sausage is probably the best way to go. You can see them toss the dough around and prepare it just for you. Make sure you order your pitcher of Soda, or beer, whatever you prefer.
About 15-20 mins later, its done. Wait a few minutes before eating because you can burn your mouth with the hot cheese. I did. (dummy)
After 3 slices, and a pitcher of coke, I was done for the night. No more food.

Just on a side note, since the cheese is hot, it will tend to drip oil, as with any cheese, its normal.

I will list their best things.

Pizza - A whole pizza means more lovin for everyone.
Fettucine Alfredo W/Chicken - Mouth Watering Flavor with Garlic Bread.
Calzone - I always liked the meat one.
Lasagna - yumm!! Excellent for when you want a small meal, make sure you accompany with garlic bread also.
Drinks - Cheaper by the Pitcher!!
View - Awesome Sunsets. Nice view of Shoreline Village.

At Stefanos, dont expect to pay alot. For 2 people its about $25-30, depending on what you get.

Make sure you Validate your parking, or else you pay the horrible Attendant with their expensive rates.

Want Pizza Come here. Happy Eating!

We sat right off the waterfront while we ate our lunch.  It was such a beautiful day.  No crowds since we got there fairly early when they opened.  It was so peaceful and relaxing.

I ordered their pastrami, salami, and italian bacon sandwich with tomatoes and lettuce with white cheese.  It was fresh, simple, and very satisfying.  My kids  had their fettucine alfredo pasta which they devored an adult size serving.  Creamy and very tastey as well.

I wanted to try their pizza but my kids had their heart set on pasta.  Which, in the end, worked out well since they truly both were very pleased.

I would definitely come back here:)

Great casual pizza/Italian restaurant. Homemade sauces, great garlic toast, beautiful view and VERY accommodating staff.

If you're lookin for a real Pie, Stefano's is the place to go. Ask for Priscilla (very nice, attentive & quick), she made me the best pizza I've tried in a long time. I like my pies made fresh and with plenty of toppings. That is exactly what I got. I'll be going back without a doubt, highly recommended for a quick lunch spot while you peruse Shoreline Village.

Maybe there is charm to this place during the day, but if you come here for dinner by yourself, like I did, you will be greatly disappointed. There are about 10 tables inside to eat at, my food was microwaved and served on paper plates and I can make better garlic bread at home. Sad that I chose to have dinner here.

Hmmm YUM! pretty lowkey at shoreline, never would I have eaten there ever in my life until one of my friends took me there a few years ago..... I remember eating good food at this place back in the day.... soooo just recently I decided to eat dinner here since I was in the downtown area & needed to eat something kinda less pricey...  and I was still satisfied as I was a few years ago.

their pizzzza slices are big, so dont worry about that!
their lasagna's were okay and their garlic bread came out pretty oily but it was overall a satisfying dinner, ohh and their hot wings .. hmmm tastes like the ones i buy from costco & just heat up -_- lol

there is only a tiny area inside to sit at, and i have no idea why you would sit in there, the view is outside..  the tables are just kinda picnic like and the food is all picnic style with plastic plates and forks etc.. but the pizza was quite delish, the salad was fresh enough and the pasta salad was yummy..

a great little spot to chill and have a slice of pie and a glass of wine while watching the marina activity and people watch.

My niece fell asleep during dinner and so i had them bring me to go boxes and we just packed up our stuff to go - the price was not cheap.. some what  moderate i would say.. not bad..

It was a cute little place, but bad aunties should time dinner so kiddies don't have to call for pizza and then fall asleep with their face in it.. YEESH!

I love Stefano's Pizza, you can taste the brick oven flavor in the crust here and the sauce is perfect.  Stefano's pizzas are not greasy and the meats taste fresh.  The lasagna was just so so, I think Olive Garden's lasagna tastes much better so stick with what their know for, their pizzas!

Definitely one of my favorite thinly sliced pizza joints.  Their lunch special with a big slice of pep, drink and side salad totally rocks and is quite a good deal.  It's nice to take a walk around Shoreline Village and have a decent slice of pizza.

Don't get the spinach calzone.  Made with frozen spinach and not so fresh ricotta cheese.  Great view, but we won't be returning.  The prices are comparable to Yard House (down the way) and the food is MUCH better there.

Do not go here with a coupon. They act like you kidnapped their child. I was very embarrassed when they were obviously put out by the fact that I had a coupon. I will never go back. The food was ok, but not the attitude.
