I travel to Indy for work alot and call this place my second home. Apt. style rooms, with full size fridge, dish washer, and free laundry. Breakfast is included and tasty. Dinner is also included but varies night to night so I usually walk next door to Cheeseburger in Paradise. Free wine and beer is also available in the evening!
The fitness center isn't much, but the pool is lap friendly. The staff is always great and the beds are comfy. There are also a lot of travellers that stay here long term with their dogs! Family style atmosphere. -

Suites are okay. Good to have though with kids. The benefit is that during the week they had a full breakfast that changed slightly each day. They also have evening reception which is basically a full meal with beer and wine Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. The food is marginal, but nice to have to save on some costs.
Friendly staff. Rooms were fairly clean but dated. Some wear and tear here. A/C is loud and turns on/off all the time. Lock had some issues. Smoky smell in hallways, Etc... Small little things but the show the general small amount of wear and tear. -

We stayed at the staybridge on our way to kansas and on our way back home because indianapolis was just about in the middle. Both times were only for 1 night but we enjoyed the place. Every morning they have complimentary breakfast with fruit, cereal, waffles and other stuff. Tues - thursday, they have free beer and wine and some snacks and food which was a nice touch.
The rooms were ok, not super luxe but comfortable. Free wifi acces is available and if you want to watch a movie, you can rent a dvd from the lobby and watch it on the en suite dvd player. Both rooms that we were in had a kitchenette with full sized fridge. There was an exercise room that we contemplated using but then reality set in so that was that.
The hotel is right off of 96th street which has a nice smattering of stores and restaurants nearby and its right off of the interstate so it was easy to find.
Its a nice step up from a budget chain.
