Starbucks

They gave me the disrespectful venti drink in the picture that was the same size as a grande. On the side of the picture you can see a grande drink next to it for comparison.

They tried to convince me that is how the drink looks after they shake it which makes no sense. They then remade my drink but it was basically milk. These people either don't know what they're doing or just don't care.

The employees sound grumpy and the girl at the counter acts like you're an inconvenience to be around. Service is terrible. They need a better attitude when someone tells them they made a mistake.

Corrinne is one of my favorite baristas here. I order some very complex drinks and I know I can be a PITA.

Location/parking:

Located inside Vons at a plaza near Studio Barre, Pizza Rev, and Peet's. Plenty of parking throughout the day. Depending on the day/time you come (avoid the high schoolers!) there are hardly any lines. I've never had to wait longer than 10 minutes.

They have a section for tables/chairs. Great spot to even do some work on your laptop.

Customer service/order:

The baristas especially Selene are always friendly, nice, and quick ! They always get my order correct and I really can't complain. My usual is an iced/hot americano with oat or almond milk with 3 shots of chai tea. There is a young lady there who wears a mask and I can tell she is smiling at me. So sweet!

I realized that they are more expensive since they are part of a union, but they do accept star rewards with the mobile app. I also wish that I could order ahead of time through the app. to save time during the morning rush hour and just pick it up.

Other than those minor issues, it really is a great location close to home with awesome customer service.

5 stars for customer service but overall 4.5 stars! Wish we could give half stars!!

Grossest thing ever seen in Starbucks, I ordered tall coffee and the guy at counter wiped his nose before handling me my coffee. I asked him 'don't you guys wear gloves' , he said 'sometimes we do'. He probably had cold and in this time of virus, making coffee without gloves and mask is the worst thing to do also wipe your nose before handling it to customer 'wow'. I was shocked with the response and actually wanted to ask his name so I could write it here but, I didn't because I want problem to be taken care of the next time, it's not an acceptable attitude and response in this time of the world we are living in.

I love Starbucks and have enjoyed accumulating points towards free coffee. However I'm disappointed that they have doubled the number of points required for a free cup of regular coffee while also increasing the cost to purchase a cup, and that will affect how often I stop in

This Starbucks is in our local Vons. The counter is small, up against the front wall of the store. There are a handful of tables, but I rarely see anyone at one. Most customers grab a Starbucks coffee or coffee drink to have while they shop.

I was here a year ago with my cousin, aunt and uncle. I know, sorry for the late review! I tend to not review Starbucks locations that are inside a grocery store just because in my mind it irrationally becomes part of the grocery store haha It was a hot summer day and we wanted something sweet and refreshing to help us cook down. We ordered giant sweet teas which definitely hit the spot! I went with the very berry hibiscus sweet tea and my cousin did the passion fruit tea. We enjoyed our teas as we shopped for groceries for the family gathering we were on the way to. Found everything we were looking for. And hit the restroom. Overall it was a great success (borate voice) and a much needed pit stop! Starbucks staff were friendly and super quick. Thank you!

This Starbucks is located inside the newly opened Vons supermarket. They're located in the same plaza as Wells Fargo Bank, Peets, PizzaRev. They're located towards the left front of the market.

Parking wasn't an issue when we visited in the afternoon. The supermarket was empty and there were no lines at Starbucks.

The drinks are more expensive here because they are union (makes sense now). They do take the Starbucks card and iPhone payment. BUT, they cannot use rewards or re load cards.

Jaqueline was the barista and she was just awesome. Order was taken quickly and made nicely. My Americano was hot and she even steamed the half n half on top. She slipped on a paper sleeve which I hadn't seen a barista do in a long time (usually you have to do it yourself).

There's seating nearby but it's plastic tables/chairs. Better than nothing right.

I heard it's madness in the mornings as the high schoolers stop by before class. So it's best to avoid from 8a-9a (so I was told).

I like this Starbucks and hope they do well!

Lady working Dec.7 in the afternoon was really passive aggressive and not friendly after me not being able to hear her question about my drink, then proceeded to not heat up my hot drink, fill it barely even half-way because "it makes up for not ordering an iced drink" and pump too much syrup in it to make it overly sugary. Starbucks is a hard job, but a little human decency would have been appreciated. Never spending four dollars for two spoons of cold expresso in a hot cup and extra cold foam with no effort to make it at least look nice.

I love coming into this Starbucks. I most often have Theresa and she is always so friendly and helpful. She has great recommendations for new drinks and always has a smile. She makes the best drinks. Would highly recommend this Starbucks location.
