Starbucks

I have come here all the time for the past three or so years because I live at the nearby college campus. This Starbucks is the only one in Moorhead, and they regularly get slammed with really long drive through lines and people in the lobby. I usually do a mobile order and come to pick it up, and (unlike some impatient patrons of this location) I understand sometimes I'll have to wait awhile longer when they're obviously super busy.

As far as I have seen in my few years of coming here, the employees are under a lot of stress during these busy times, but they're always very friendly to customers and each other. They communicate well and I can tell they're doing their best to get those orders out to people. The people who work at Moorhead deserve some praise!

4.40 for lukewarm coffee ..thumbs down! Would not let me add my own creamer even...Hello Holiday gas station with fresh coffee for a dollar..who buys this crap here anyway!!

This starbucks wasn't the best. I got greeted when I walked in, but that's the only thing I can say was good. There was a worker, they were really rude, you can tell they didn't want to serve me. They were there for just business on out. Usually they ask how my day was, but this person didn't. Rowan, do better.

This is a very nice Starbuck location and I frequent it often. The drink and food choices are the same as any other one, of course; but it's the service and atmosphere that I like the best about this one. There are always plenty of staff there to help take orders, makes drinks, and serve . . . even when there is a long line, the wait is usually shorter than you'd think. They are attentive to your orders and remember the familiar faces. I love that about being a regular customer at places -- when the service remembers and recognizes you.

There's also plenty of seating and even outlets to plug in your devices -- which is a must nowadays at coffee shops.

My one tip is about the drive through lane. It can get very long during the morning rush. If there are already 4 or more cars there, then you need to park and go inside. It'll be much much quicker! Trust me! I've gone in, been the second or third customer in line, gotten my order and have seen the drive through only move one or two cars.

I think the baristas were doing the best they could and it was busy! However when watching our drinks being made, the barista poured a half cup of cream into our drink which splashed all over the now messy cup that they gave to us very hastily. The bathroom....was horrendous, and without any attention while the other one was out of order. Writing this review with hopes of inspiring some better procedures and ways of calmly still providing services to those of us paying for an awesome cup of coffee. Thanks!

That was a bummer. I certainly ordered the wrong drink. My family enjoyed their drinks.

The line in the drive thru was long the day I went and I thought oh great I will be here forever, but they got me in and out within 5 minutes of sitting in the drive thru. Great teamwork guys!!!

I come here on a regular basis and really enjoy the staff here. They have never messed up an order yet. Service can be a little slow during the afternoon hours however.

Slowest Starbucks's drive through I've ever been in. This review comes after many trips that have resulted in more than a 15 min drive through wait time - in the middle of the day. Don't recommend!!

Needed coffee on Christmas Day as we made the 15-hour trek from Minneapolis to Big Sky, MT. Thank goodness Starbucks was open and the staff was merry while earning time and a half. You can tell that Starbucks treats their employees well!
