Caffine pick me up for drive home from Fullerton. I went in drive-thru. Friendly staff with quick service. Vanilla latte was good.

I used my Starbucks points to purchase a Starbucks tumbler. I just couldn't resist the color-ways on this tumbler.

Warning! You have to be very careful with this place. As you see in the picture, I found a piece of plastic in the drink...
No, it is not caramel.
No, it is not something else.
It is real plastic... and funny thing is this is not the first time I found plastic

This is the best Starbucks! The employees are so nice and Nathaly makes the drinks perfectly! the seating area is very clean :)

The employees are doing the best they can here imo; I'm giving this SB a low rating due to the low quality of my drink (I don't have time to drive back and complain to get another drink that tastes right). The location right on the corner is also what makes this SB dangerous for parking and the drive thru. I will never return.

I had a great experience visiting this Starbucks location a couple of days ago. The staff is really friendly and you can tell they're trying their best to help out customers. Got a drink remade there and it tasted much better than other Starbucks. The store offers better service than a Starbucks I went to in Anaheim which was awful.

Great and friendly staff too. Definitely recommend ordering ahead of time on the app rather than the drive thru; can get a bit long and annoying. Love this location!

This is by far the worst Starbucks I've been to!! I wanted to take the time to give this location a review after several wrong orders and unpleasant interactions with their employees. In the occasions mentioned I've politely asked for assistance, and they've been of no help, coming off rude and unprofessional. Perhaps they need more training or new management. On one occasion the guy preparing some drinks, rolled his eyes and said he couldn't help correct my order cause he was training someone but did not acknowledge my concern or refer it to another associate. On a second occasion I placed a mobile order before stopping by in my way to work, it'd been over 20 min wait. I approached the register to inquire about my drink. He rudely responded that I still had 2 large orders ahead of mine and all the orders that come in during the time I was standing there waiting
During both encounters I realized they have no customer service etiquette.

My husband and I travel to LaHabra often to see my younger Brothers. We love Starbucks! So we got our drinks from the window everything was as Starbucks should be. We had our chihuahua with us and we forgot her pupachino. Of course she noticed!! We parked in the front and went to go inside to retrieve this for her. It was 20 minutes before 8, so they weren't supposed to be closed yet?My husband tried to get any ones attention but no one acknowledged him?!
So we sat through the drive thru again for 10 minutes to get our little dog what she expects when we go to Starbucks:)

I live a minute away from this location and I will drive to one further out because 9/10 times my drink is made wrong . I work in the service industry and I understand mistakes can happen but this repeatedly happens over and over .

I typically go through the drive through and it sucks that I have to space out an extra 10 minuets because I anticipate i have to park and go inside for them to remake my drink(after I go through the drive through).

The part that makes me upset is that their rude when you ask them to remake it (I didn't mess up on the drink so why be mad at the me?!)I don't even keep the original drink because I don't want them to think I'm trying to scam them.

I don't know if their low staffed because if they are I feel bad writing this but it seems like everyone need to be re-trained on how to make drinks .

Service was excellent and when it was not expected marissa went out of her way to tend to us noticed my dog was whimpering/frustrated so she offered water and a pup cup to calm her down. First time at this Starbucks location and if I'm ever in the area again will definitely come back
