      I ordered mobile at 9:30. At 9:40 I went in store. I got drinks at 9:52. There were 5 people working but they were sooo behind. One lady told barista to cancel her order that she had to go. She had already waited too long. Barista told her to get a refund at the counter. She goes to the counter and they say unless she has the card she used they can't refund her. Now I know this because both my girls have worked for Starbucks. She could very easily given her a five dollar gift card and sent her on her way but she didn't offer that. Eventually the customer said no you know it's five bucks. Forget it I can't wait I gotta go. Just a really unusual poor example of customer service at this location.

      I'd I could give this location no stars ai would
      Stood at the counter to order for 5 mins and then it till 16 minutes to finally get an Ameriano
      Which is just water and expressio. Oh and the barista was very rude when ai asked where it was. Nope not coming back. Btw I never have given a 1 star review before

      Four phrases to describe my experience today.

      1. Giant pink hair.
      The woman behind the register is wearing a mask but has no hair restraint system at all. Her giant fluffy pink hairstyle is everywhere. Much more hair than anyone should have free flowing in food service.

      2. Incredibly disorganized.
      Although I know Starbucks has a system, there appears to be no system for distributing merchandise. Some employees are standing around doing nothing while others are running frantically back and forth.

      3. Everyone is compensating.
      It seems that most of the staff, as best they can, are compensating for the subpar performance of one staff member. It's obvious that a couple staff members refuse to compensate for the substandard employee.

      4. Flies flies everywhere. The dining area was absolutely filled with flies. They have one of those insect abatement fans over the entry door, but it's obviously not working.

      The Starbucks wasn't busy, but the staff was acting like there were lines stretching out the door.

      unfortunately for me i am by myself and just want a cup of coffee in the morning. not a fancy one just to be able to go into this place and be treated with kindness. i hope for better. but???

      We ordered oatmeal, 2 lattes, and a bacon gouda egg sandwich. Our hot food came earlier than our drinks. I had to ask about our drinks. Then had to go up to ask fir a spoon snd sugar. This is a California state law I was informed.

      The oatmeal was Lukep9 warm. When i asked if they could microwave it, i was offered mire hot water which was added to it. This made the oatmeal too wet. And it was still too cold. My husband ate it anyway. Lattes were okay. My sandwich tasted good, but the ciabatta roll it was on was rubbery from being microwaved. All in all, not a good experience like I'm used to at Starbucks.

      Interior was okay, but a bit dirty.

      Ordered Americano with no room. Received lukewarm americano with lots of room. Make sure to check your drink before you walk out or drive off.

      Not a single sip taken out of Luke warm American. The order was with no room. Make sure you check your drinks before you walk out.

      I've been here the past 2 mornings for coffee. The staff at the drive thru are quick and really friendly, this morning was no exception
      I recommend Starbucks in Fort Bragg for a good start to your day

      Can I give zero stars? Wow the MOST horribly slow SB ever... one person working SLOWLY making drinks ONE at a TIME for all orders, walk up,drive thru and mobile. Over 20 minute wait, the drive thru person, the cashier and the manger made NO attempt to help make drinks!

      Drive-thru is probably the worst I have seen. I had two cars to get to order. That took ten minutes. Got up to order, all the remaining cars in front of me were gone, and they asked me to wait.

      Ordered, then drove up. My drink was done quickly, then the girl running the drive-thru stared helplessly at the end of the counter for another 6-7 minutes waiting for my two sandwiches to appear. Didn't talk, didn't check on them, but just watched and waited.

      No apologies for sucking, for such a long wait, but I guess if you really want a Starbucks that bad, then have at it. SB really needs to check on the manager of this location. They might be dead in the office with this type of performance.

      I'll pass next time in Ft. Bragg.

      Stopped at a Starbucks the last morning of our vacation to get drink for the long drive home. 1st it was issues with the woman understanding my order, then the second woman asking me what I ordered... called ir something else. I asked for a vanilla latte extra creamy and with 3 sugars. Not sure why that complicated. Then the 1st lady handed my 3/4 sweet Toffee Nut Mocha with coconut milk extra hot no foam no whip. She had the extra hot correct...wouls have been nice had the lid been on it correctly..I went all me, allover my console and soaked my cloth purse. I asked if they could put it in my travel mug the second time around and got told they don't do that.
      Aside from bad service and getting g burnt and making a mess of myself and car from that lid not being secure..another woman came to the windo and asked if I wanted to through away the napkins I set on the counter. They took the used banking in the window but would not por my drink from a paper cup to my metal travel cup.. That simply confirmed that is. Ot a vacation place or anything kinda place for me. That ending gto my vacation was appropriate as the entire experience there sucked. I had high hopes of nice hot delicious Starbucks drink being the positive that would have ended the trip on a positive note, dissapointing birthday trip for my boyfriend...thanks Starbucks (and Fort Bragg) it says add a star for this review...otherwise I would not give them a star.
