Starbucks

First of all, I ordered the wrong Item, i totally admit it. But then this filipina server barista is mean and sarcastic preached me infront of the other customers , corrected me with humiliation , that was savage , treating me like an-idiot!!! But fortunately the other barista his name is Christian , enthusiastically helped me to change the order , He has the TCS total customer service. So I was able to get the latte that I wanted to. Thank you Christian I appreciate your kindness .. It's just a shame to your filipina co worker who is unpleasant and unhelpful.I hope she will get corrected with her attitude!!

I've gone there many times before the pandemic, and this is a terrible location, where they're very rude to certain people, while magically being nice to other people they like better.

I hope all the Starbucks close down in this city. A lot have closed since the pandemic, and I hope this terrible one does.

The prices are terribly high these days, and they're so not worth it. I'm glad business seems to be slow, due to ridiculous prices, most stores closing down in Westfield, fewer people due to remote/hybrid jobs, and fewer people in SF in general.

They were terrible today, as usual. The employees were rude, and suddenly nice to a white girl who wasn't anything special. Notice who gets rude service, and writes about it?

I got a way overpriced beverage, poorly done, and I'm pretty sure it was supposed to be a cold drink, but they made a hot one. I politely asked about it, and the barista was rude about it.

Almost $6 for a small beverage that was mostly ice, that I finished in about 2 seconds because there was barely any beverage in there. Didn't taste all that great, either.

I stood there forever without being acknowledged, but once they see a prettier, younger, more stylish customer of their favored races/ethnicities, they suddenly turn nice and smiley.

Just boycott this place.

I ordered my usual which is a grande hot caramel machiatto this morning and the Asian lady with pixie cut short red hair made my drink. It's not hot and tastes like watered down milk, there's no flavor and no caramel. She has been rude to me every time I patronize this location, and every time she serves my drink, she never gives me a cup sleeve, but she'll do so for other guests, and I always have to ask for one. I have never had any problems at other locations. The other baristas are polite and make my drink fine. She needs to be work on her customer service and barista skills. I'm not spending money at this location anymore after today.

Server Rob hates his job, he was annoyed and was lecturing me on how to order.. wooowww.... What happened to customer service?

Why isn't this Starbucks getting a 5 STAR! My fellow co-workers and I come here a lot the MORNING crew are the BOMB! today is FriYAY! and the VIBE was on POINT! Selena was playing I couldnt help but to dance a little hehe forgot all about the rain! FEEL GOOD FRIDAY! Love how they know most by name! - that says a lot ~ they always have great customer service go above and beyond.. Right off the BART with all the hustle and bustle I feel good each time I exit there, not just a "coffee place" they all get along and communicate nad most of all have a lil fun while doing it... to the morning crew thank you for always being so VIBRANT and KIND!

I can see why the Starbucks location has such low rating. I came here with my husband and I roommate on the way down to an outing. While hubby decided to go to Peet's coffee with roommate, I decided to go to Starbucks, someplace I'm familiar with. I should've gone to Pete's with hubby. I ordered my drink, something simple, it took them 15 minutes just for one drink. People were slow as molasses on a cold winters day and from the expression of their faces, they were not happy to be there. There were two people taking orders while one person making the drinks. It was ridiculous as hell. Next time, I'm taking my business to Pete's.

Shout out to this Starbucks team for always being amazing! This is the Starbucks I frequent the most because it's near the Bart and muni which also means I'm usually on the go when I'm ordering. Since I'm always on the go, a majority of my orders are done through the app. I appreciate that this team know me by name and always greets me and promptly grabs my order when they see me... they're seriously the best!

I dont know why this starbs has a low rating because when I came here the other day during black friday they did so well handling the customer orders and accomadating us so well. Their store was decorated beautifully and the store was so well kept.

Even the workers had on their chrsotmas aprons which I've never seen before. I dont yo to starbs often but I loved that. It definitely made it feel like Christmas. I went with my friend and bf here. They wanted to get some drinks after seeing the union square tree. My friend got a salted carmel drink of some kind and my bf usually get the pink drink. They loved their coffees. It definitely was good to have something because we hadn't had anything for a while. We had walked a bit to get to union square. So something to hold them over before we had dinner. Great service and not too far from some great businesses as well.

I come to this Starbucks practically everyday getting off the bart, since it's located inside the bart station anyways. Quick inside and out store, no seating. I really like the area on Powell street with the mall, I still feel like a tourist being in SF.

My usual order is an iced coffee or pink drink and either a ham & cheese croissant or a chicken with fig spread sandwich (which is so good) every morning.

They're always so busy and there's always a long line out the door, so I just order online at the West Oakland station stop before the bart heads to Powell St, about 10-15 mins. It's ready to go whenever I get there. But... a couple days ago, I had to wait about so long for a prepackaged sandwich, which they told me they were out of, but there were some on the display they didn't know of. Little misunderstanding, but made me late.

Regardless, this Starbucks is my go-to stop on my way to school every morning. Kudos to those staff, especially during rush hours!

This store was recently remodeled and it looks wonderful. The colors are much brighter and it looks a lot cleaner. The new layout makes getting in and out a lot faster and easier compared to the old layout.

The weekday morning employees here are amazing!! They are upbeat, friendly and handle the huge Bart rush very well.

This is my go to stop for coffee because it's located right in front of the Bart station.
