A starbucks location really has to stand out for someone to yelp on it. It's either gotta be great, friendly staff, quick service and good drinks.... OR.... non-smiling staff, slow service and inconsistent drinks.
I frequented this market when I lived in the city because it was one block from my place. But it's been disappointing every single time, so after the 5th time, it was my last time. I've received watery drinks, drinks with wrong syrups, whip when i asked for NW.
I mean, I'm buying coffee at Starbucks so obviously, life is good but .. it's just disappointing when you expect something and you get something else.
The staff often seem tired, bored or not interested in customers. But there are still some that are warm and friendly...helps make the drink taste better!
It's not busy. I'm lactose-intolerant. I wanted a SOY latte. On the big screen it says she charged me for SOY. I got.... milk. Umm... I wasn't sure. She was alone with no supervisor. I didn't want to sit around disputing something I couldn't be sure about until hours later. Besides, like my boyfriend said, "She's probably making too little to give a sh*t." He's right... in a way... though I really should have said something, because now I have a stomach ache.
Well, anyway, shame on you Starbucks for having non-attentive employees for some reason or another. I don't know if you're over working them, or you're not paying them enough, or what, but every time I go to your stores, they always seem to give me milk or a couple times I've gotten something completely different from what I ordered.
I don't know how sadistic I can be to myself, maybe it's more of a hopeful optimist? I just don't know why I always try to go to this place in the hopes of giving them one more try.
Today, I woke up early, hopeful to get a lot of things done. I start at this place, and downhill goes my day. They screwed up my order, did several other people's first before mine, gave me a macchiatto that tasted as if they never, ever washed the machine, ever. And the woman at the counter called me "ma'am". Do I look like a ma'am to you? I just don't like to be stereotyped. I'm not flaming for cripes sake!
Do your job right and stop being incompetent!
Wait... for real, there's a Starbucks here?
I frequent this place at least five times a week.
I usually order iced coffee or hot coffee. The iced coffee is not consistent, the quality of the drink depends on the barista. My best friend says that she can make the iced coffee better than them, and I can't disagree.
The hot coffee is ok, if they got that wrong, then they should be ashamed. For all the other drinks, they usually get them wrong. I've seen them get it wrong too, how sad.
I always seem to be stared at as a criminal by the staff, how rude.
They always screw up my order at this Starbucks. It's about time I reviewed them. Today, I stopped by and as usual, they forgot the whipped cream on my Java Chip Frappuccino. What's new?
Why is ANYONE commenting on a starbucks?
Better yet: why is ANYONE buying "coffee" from Starbucks?
One of the best starbucks i've been to. The staff is very friendly and they always make the best tasting drinks compared to all the other starbucks I've ever been to!
I love starbucks, but this one isn't the greatest. The staff is always caught up in their fantasies. Sometimes you'll wait forever for a drink, but hey, I love the passion iced tea lemonade. But it sucks when you pay for an overpriced drink and it's all gone like... 2 minutes later.
Ha! First to Review b*tches! Well, as those of you in these neck of the woods know, this Safeway has been undergoing a massive face lift for several months now. And with the makeover we were granted a Starbucks (yeah, in most neighborhoods this would be completely unneeded, but its nice addition to Noriega). Its nice to be able to grab a soy latte ( I heart Starbucks soy lattes) and get some shopping done, all in one place. I guess I enjoy Starbucks because they are always consistent, every time, no matter which one you go to, and that's hard to say about most coffee shops. I give this location three stars just because they seem to staff the counter with the dumbest of the dumb Safeway workers. Twice I've received the wrong drink (grande soy latte and grande soy CHAI latte are NOT! the same thing, its like a whole extra word that I DIDN'T SAY, please, work on your listening skills). But all in all, the convenience of this location is ideal in fueling my coffee needs as I peruse this newly revamped Safeway.
