Starbucks

This Starbucks is located on the southwest corner of Colorado Blvd and East Arizona Ave. It has a drive-thru but to get to it you need to turn onto Arizona (just south of McDonalds) and go next to the alley. The line gets long and I have seen it a bit of a mess on that street. It shares a lot with a restaurant that also gets busy. It can be difficult to see who is pulling into where (McD's, the Taco restaurant or Starbucks). You can pull into the parking lot for Starbucks right off Colorado Blvd and then walk into the store. It is a small parking lot and that only way in/out is off Colorado Blvd. You cannot access the alley.

I have had several issues over the years with coming here. Nothing awful, but orders get messed up, whether it be inaccurate or lack of inventory. That has been a bit of a pet peeve of mine. It's been over 2 years from the pandemic, I'd like to get back to living. The excuse of lack of inventory is really a code-word for poor planning on ordering and inventory. I get when they are out of certain sandwiches or pastries, but being out of a tea? I was floored by this. It isn't my favorite location but it is better than nothing at all.

Absolutely the worst. Slowest service I have ever experienced! Took so long. They messed my order up 2 times.

The staff is great very kind and are super hard working but the last 3 times I've ordered my drink it's been so bad. I get a pink drink with extra coconut milk and no ice. This is what my drink has been looking like the last couple of times. There are no strawberries, there so much juice and barely any milk that if I let it sit for longer then 1 minute it's completely separates and doesn't look or taste good. I'm upset because I spent 7$ for this not to taste good. I hate complaining and asking them to remake it but this is so upsetting.

Great Starbucks with fast and friendly service! I love the americanos here. My barista was very helpful and the coffee was great.

The girl that makes Frapuccino's at this location, makes them different each time, and will even argue with you that it's made correctly. I've been ordering Frapuccino's for 20 years, longer than she's been making them. This place needs to hire more professional workers. I must now drive to a father location to get my drink made right.

Service is always really great even with the crazy rush in the mornings, this is my favorite location to come to (and I live closer to others).

Stopped here for our morning coffee headed back home from Thanksgiving. Ordered the Mocha warm Fraupiccino with the Sweet Iced Green Peach tea. Staff were wonderful. Place was clean. Just a happy experience.

I just ordered and this was how our drinks were "filled". Kinda pathetic for paying $7 for a coffee. The little amount of coffee I received was good tho.

This is a Starbucks like any other with two notable differences. The staff that I encountered were exceptional in their speed, courtesy, and customer service. It was a great example of how small changes in front line workers can make a huge difference. The other is the parking lot... which is among the WORST IN THE AREA. You can only get to the drive thru a half block away and there is nothing to indicate that. So you end up pulling into the tiny parking lot and spending 15 minutes getting turned around just to circle the block and get to the right place. Huge pain in the butt, and almost worth going to a different location.

I have been here a few times, the orders constantly get messed up and the service is slow, even with only a few in line. The last order was filled over halfway with foam and 3 sips of actual drink.
