I have to say that my deducted point from my review rating is through no fault of this location. Its to do with Starbucks itself.

Why in the hell do you keep discontinuing syrups and flavours? It seems every time I get a drink that I like the next month they discontinue the syrup. Who in their right might cuts out as many sugar free options? You can't tell me they arent popular in this age of people being careful how much sugar they take in. Sugar free mocha? Srsly? What is wrong with you as an organisation that you discontinue something like sugar free mocha? I can practically go to a hot dog stand and ask them for sugar free mocha to put on my hot dog and they'll have it. Grow up you guys, either have syrups or dont, stop the bullshite of, one day, my going to pick up an order ordered off the app only to get there and be told "I'm sorry, we no longer have the peach juice"

I honestly can tell you I would visit more often if there was a continuous consistency going on. I'm tired of not being able to order a drink three times in a row.

As for this location they are fantastic! Great employees, always personable, very fast, and generally all with smiles on their faces. This is our location of choice. Five stars across the board for them. Sorry about corporate.

This Starbucks always has very friendly service and they make the drinks very well! The only downside is how long the drive-thru line takes... it always seems to be so long and takes awhile to get your drinks. Sometimes I'll go inside but that can take some time too. This location just seems to be extremely busy at all times!

This Starbucks was insanely busy on a Saturday morning at like 11am. We went in thinking it would go faster because the cars in the drive-thru were wrapped around the building. It really didn't go faster. I think it went slower. The baristas were working so hard! Drinks were delicious as per usual.

Went to this Starbucks a few weeks ago and still upset about the situation. I decided during my lunch break to spend the rest of my work day sitting at a Starbucks, sipping on a coffee. I went and ordered my coffee, for there around 11:30 and sat down and started working and drinking my coffee. After being there for a bit they told me that they are shutting down the inside of their cafe in 15 minutes (their website said they were supposed to close at 9). The employee told me that I could stay in here, when I wanted to leave I would just tell an employee and they would let me out, at this point there is about 10 people in the coffee shop. Then 20 minutes later they told me they are shutting the inside of the coffee shop down and I needed to leave. The employee told me and all the other customers this...
IF YOU WANT TO ACTUALLY GO INSIDE, DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION

I love it when they are actually open, because I work night shift and I can walk there in about 2 minutes. But I go to get my coffee in the evening, and find a paper sign taped to the drive thru saying closed half the time. The employees are great, but I don't know what Starbucks needs to do to retain them and actually stay open during their posted hours.

This Starbucks is everything you'd expect... coffee, food, nice attending staff, clean, and noise at a soft lull.

What is extra nice is the ambiance here. For some reason, this Starbucks has a more 'homey' feel with a bookshelf and decor that looks like it's straight out of a magazine.

This Starbucks can't seem to decide on their hours of business. If you make your way to this store it's 50/50 whether or not they're open. Doesn't matter what time of day.
The web site says they're open, Google says they're open...pull into the lot and there's nobody there.
The one further Westinghouse front of Lowe's is much better.

They know my order as soon as I walk in. I appreciate the barista's effort here...makes me feel special because this isn't even my "home location" lol. It could be that we share the same first name, whatever the reason she pays attention to detail and makes sure my cup of Joe is made to perfection. The inside is the size of a large walk-in closet but the fire place and friendly service is more than welcoming.

Pull up a chair and stay a while.

I was waiting in line and one of the employees walked up to my window while I was placing a mobile order and rudely asked if I had a Mobil pickup order and I said I'm in the middle of placing one then with an attitude said "it's not going to come out any faster". It made it uncomfortable when he kept walking past my car. He continued to bring out new mobile orders when he told me not to place one. Not satisfied!

Love this location! Went tonight to get a beg of ground beans for my press and the ladies working were so nice. Best West County Starbucks!!!!!
