this is one of the best shops to look at in the downtown disney district. i'm not sure if you can actually call it a shop but more of a pop culture heaven. another reason i wouldn't exactly call it a shop is because you won't see me buying anything here often, i wish i could afford to buy some of this great stuff here.

the first thing that caught my eye here was the name of this place. what is it and how do you say it? i even saw other people looking up at the sign also wondering how to pronounce the name. it actually took me a while to get around to getting inside this place but once i did i was a regular for a couple of days.

i found many different things i would love to own and add to my collection if i could only afford to have them. i would love to get my dad the autograph of paul newman and jackie gleason from the hustler. i was digging the movie posters and the retro jukebox as well. the autographed cast of happy days photo was cool as well as pearl jam, nirvana, 24, the 500 home run club and so many more. i could go on and on about pretty much everything but i won't.

for those of you who collect figurines(not dolls) you'll love this place as well. how about kurt cobain, chucky or freddy krueger? they have retro t shirts as well for all of you who want to avoid hot topic. the only thing this place is missing is walt disney in his cryogenically frozen state.

This is a fun store to go into and look at....so it should probably be a museum...because personally I don't give a flying hoot if someone's signature is on a piece of paper.... well..at least not enough to buy shit.

While I would never buy anything...who can afford a couple thousand bucks for a signature...and the rich I'm sure are too smart for that..(that's why they are rich) it's cool to look at because it reminds people of the times that some classic idols lived...and in some weird way...that they had touched that piece of paper.... or guitar..or whatever....

The life-sized Terminator Cyborg peering out onto the Downtown Disney arcade drew me in.  The collection of autographed memorabilia is quite impressive.  Of course a hefty price tag comes with each.  An autographed 8 by 10 of Lindsay Lohan goes for a mere $600; let's not forget it is matted and framed.  In fact most of the autographed photos are matted and framed with some of the matting taking on layer after layer of artistic effort.  Most of the group photos are signed by entire casts of the show represented.  The collection of autographed guitars, some housed in shadowboxes, is equally impressive, and if you look overhead there is an assortment of framed and autographed movie posters many of which are from recent releases.

Besides the autographed memorabilia they also carry some action figures, some pop culture metal lunchboxes (Betty Boop, Spongebob, etc...) and trading cards.  I think it's mostly us tourist folk who visit, but it is a fun store to browse.

It's a sort of a now-tradition to visit this store, just for the hell of it.

i mean, There's so many cool little things you can look at here: And then even possibly BUY if you got the money.

A whole bunch of movie memorabillia, namely autographs.

And what's best: You didn't have to drive to Hollywood and risk the LA traffic to see a similar store that may not be as-good:
It's right on Disney property, and a nice place to visit during your stay.

plus: They had some cool little collectable trading card packs (from what I recall), and that's always cool to me, alongside looking at all these autographed stuff.

hell, They even have some autographed presidential-stuff!

Just note that it can get kinda busy in there, with the tight walking spaces and other people who are "Just looking" as well...
