I'm going to be in a friend's wedding this weekend. After spending plenty of money on the bridesmaid's dress, bachelorette party gift, wedding shower outfit, etc. I thought I'd just ignore the fact that my highlights were growing out, big time. I had about an inch and a half of darkness at the top because I haven't been to Star City Salon since before Christmas.
While packing for the wedding today and trying out wedding hairstyles in my bathroom I realized I really couldn't get away without a touch-up. I mean, these pictures are going to be my friend's wedding pictures forever and we should all look as wonderful as possible. So I called Star City and left a message asking for V's contact info--she works out of several salons in the Bay Area.
She not only called me back within an hour, she got me in there for an hour later! THREE hours later I left with an amazingly natural looking head of hair, highlighted to perfection with ALL ORGANIC dyes. She undercharges, lucky for me, and I almost don't want to post this because she is a gem of a secret stealthy awesome affordable organic colorist. Yay for V!
Renato rocked! He did such a fantastic updo, even though the picture I brought in was for someone with longer hair than mine. I didn't feel like I had a face lift or a pin head, and it only took him less than 45 minutes! Thanks Renato!!

Juan is super nice, and extremely good not only at cutting/styling hair, but at listening to the customer and really understanding what look is wanted.
