The place is one of the best in Boston. Since my friend recommended I use only their services. They are professionals with a great taste, and customer service is excellent. Highly recommend.
By the way they have a parking lot.
I've taken my last couple of projects here. Fantastic work, wonderfully knowledgeable and patient employees. It isn't bargain basement prices, but you get quality and pay for it. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Many people recommended this frameshop to me. I spent nearly an hour discussing framing options for one of my artworks, which required a special frame. Everything we discussed was documented and written down, so it was troubling that, in the end, the framers didn't follow the instructions. The woman at the front of the shop (the same person who had written it all down) tried to convince me that it looked fine as it was. Had she simply said, "I'm sorry, we made a mistake and we'll do it again", I would have been less disappointed. I did ask them to redo it, and they did. It looked fine in the end but I was frustrated by this experience.
