This company knowingly mislead us to believe that they could do a job that they were completely incapable of doing. We were charged $400 for a job that we could have done ourselves. Basically, they told us they could mount a TV on our plaster walls, and told us we needed to prepay for the service (that's where we should have known to run) and upon arrival we were told that they never hang on plaster, and that they would never conceal wires either. So what exactly is the service that we are paying for? The best part is, we took the TV down ourselves and rehung it in the correct position. Literally, $400 out the window :(
