We just stayed here for a week and here is what we experienced-
*Very friendly and helpful staff!*
*Very clean and very large room!*
*Great free breakfast each morning- even hot pancakes-bacon-eggs-sausage!*
Honestly the only negative thing I can think of is that I really wanted to go swimming!--- But the pool always looked dirty!!! I dont know if its because people don't usually go swimming this time of year or what?! But I would have gone in if it had been cleaned!
We will definately stay here again!!! Its like having your own apartment for $74 a night!
Giving st. francis arms one star is as painful as looking at it. This place is very far from deserving that one star. It's in the middle of nowhere and right when you step outside, you'll probably just wish you crawled back into this hole in the wall. They'll screw you over with the reservations and try to take your money in every way possible. If you want a pleasant place to stay go as far away as you can from this dump. Yeah the prices are cheap but you're definitely getting exactly what you paid for. They're customer service lacks serious professionalism and will leave you more confused than ever. Cheap hotel, cheap services, and cheap management. The economy must of hit this place pretty bad and they're compensating by stealing your money!
I've been living here for 4 months now, this is one of the best apartments I lived in so far. It is not too pricey and the apartments are spacious. Always easy to find parking, and love their swimming pool which is kept heated round the year. Most of all, nothing beats the location as it is close(walkable) to all the major stores. I am now searching for a new apartment as a friend is moving in. Having stayed here, I am finding it very hard to find a place that is comparable to this(ameneties/price wise) in the sunnyvale/mountain view area!
