My favorites are the Blue Teal Pinot Noir and DH Lescombes Syrah, and the  Blue Teal Shiraz is no slouch either.

The waiter's friend corkscrew they sell is the best I own -- well worth the $8 it costs.  (What I call a waiter's friend is the kind that folds up like a jackknife.)

Be sure and ask the staff where the good restaurants are.
