When you walk in to St. Bernard Sport's, it is quite amusing.  At first you see all of the beautiful ski and snowboard wear, seriously high end expensive stuff, and the little "resort wear" area of loud, neon Lilly Pulitzer clothes.  Then in the back, there is probably the best selection of flip flops in town, and Uggs and all the other usual suspects.  They have have everything you need for a trip to the mountains, including a full service shop for skis, snowboards and boots.  My husband has his board tuned up and I had custom insoles made for my ski boots and they made a world of difference.  Kudos for that.

So, where does the amusement come in?  Well, given the fact that this shop sits adjacent to Highland Park, the typical customer is quite snobbish and sophisticated.  Then, when asking for help the employees are "like, yeah dude, that is totally sick, man".  These dudes and chicks bring a little Colorado to HP and the oxymoron makes me smile.
