Couple years ago it was Christmas eve and I was hanging out with this hot black chick. We were all ****ed up from drinking wine all night, but she felt religious so we popped in to midnight mass, it's right down the street. Usually whenever I walk into a church everything catches on fire but this place was cool. Of course it was pretty funny that YOU COULD HEAR A PIN DROP when we walked in, a white guy with a shaved head and a hot drunk black chick, did I mention that all the parishioners are Filipino ? I'm not religious, but I give this place five stars.

yes, this is where i go when i happen to be in vallejo visiting family. yes, when i'm too drunk to drive home on a saturday night, so i stay over and i end up going to church over in vallejo.

i'm not even catholic.

but jesus hasn't said anything and it's better than nothing, right?

*update: so i appreciate st. basil's because there's this one priest who seems like his sermons aren't read off a piece of paper, instead he seems genuine, and he smiles when my non-catholic butt asks to be blessed during communion
