Have gone to this medical group when they had better staff and services will be moving my services asap...unless you like waiting up to an hour to see the doctor for 5 to 10 minutes max and lord if you have to call to make an appointment or have a prescription refilled. you wait just as long for a 1 minute conversation...I do understand about waiting but every time and it keeps getting longer.. so unless you like to wait forever for a short nice not to know you service I would seek medical services else where..that's what Im doing and should have awhile back I guess my hope it gets better attitude failed me.

Absolute waste of time, please if you care at all about a doctors office being a nice, relaxed place to visit, find somewhere else to go. I had my wife schedule me an appointment, walked in 5 minutes late, a few ladies had a little pow wow behind the reception area, and then one came out to tell me that they weren't going to see me today because I was late. A brand new patient, FIVE MINUTES LATE. I really don't like visiting doctors, especially new doctors, and I only go when it's very very important. I always appreciate when offices make it a welcoming, comfortable experience. This place could not have done a worse job, hopefully their doctors, who are trying to get new patients and new money into their business, understand that their receptionists are shoving people back out the door because they are late. Even worse, what if I was late because of something serious? Car accident? Fired from my job? At the hospital with my dying mother? Extremely inconsiderate and rude staff, do not give them your business.
