Barbara is awesome!

I have a mini dachshund who is extremely difficult with strangers (he bites!) and Barbara was able to calm him down almost right away.

Note to all who reads, I have 4 dogs of varying personalities and Barbara is able to handle each one of them with loving care. That to me, is the most important attribute of all.

She can go anywhere with her van and is always prompt and reliable.

I love her too!

She missed our appointment (if the customer misses it she charges them btw...) and blamed it on her new assistant for not reminding her. She has $15 credit from me on her and has never returned it. I called twice to schedule my dog for a bath and she's never replied. She was really good with the dog, and wanted to work with him alone next time. I'm not sure if I'll go back to her again though, her schedule books up way in advance as well!

OK I got the check for the remaining balance a couple of weeks ago. Barbara apologized for the misunderstanding. I thought that was pretty professional and nice.
