Hands down one of the BEST burger joints in all five boroughs. Granted, i've never eaten a burger in Staten Island, but it's like including the Knicks in a championship-contender discussion.

A pal of mine was playing a gig there and I arrived early for dinner. I had the Brooklyn bison burger and it was delish. Juicy, but not greasy. The fries were super-crisp and served on the side (LIKE THEY SHOULD BE). The hummus plate came with an ample amount of billowy pitas, olives, spinach leaves. I had four other burger varieties, which I cannot remember, but at times I suffer from short-term memory loss when I eat fucking awesome food. I couldn't care less about the decor as long as the food is awesome.

The beer line-up is top-notch and they had Boddington's, my favorite ale, in a can.

This was on a late Thursday evening, when you walk up to this place your given a decision.  Up or down?  We chose down to be turned around by blasting tunes coming from a live hip hop MC, sounded like a lot of fun but we were there to eat.

My party was quickly seated, we were about 6, and we're served very well.  While looking over the menu I spotted a rare favorite of mine, bison meat, but was quickly excited by the sight of ostrich meat.  I couldn't imagine not ordering that, so I had it ala Brooklyn style with cheddar cheese & bacon.  Orders for fries are extra but are enough to share.

The Ostrich meat was very interesting it was like a beef-turkey, not beefy turkey but a meat that you couldn't imagine is avian.  It was very beefy almost more then Angus beef, but not as much as the bison would have.  The fries were simply basic long and thin cut fries, crispy and well made.

I would return to Sputnik to see how the downstairs lounge gets after hours, and there's more I want to try on the menu.  Easily accessible from the G train it's a fun little spot in a typical Brooklyn neighborhood.

It seems like everything the upstairs bar has (or had) going for it they eventually get rid of.

They used to have a projector that played retro cartoons on a wall, really big. They even showed the democratic debates and an Obama speech or two. Gone.

They used to put Parmesan on the fries. It was a really nice touch, plus it soaked up the oil. Gone.

They had a great, kitschy-designed menu with fantastic specialty burgers. I loved "the Sputnik." Gone with the new menu, which is printed on what looks like it could be laminated paper bag. The specialty burgers have been replace with.... well... a cheeseburger with standard, uninventive toppings (and the food still takes like 20-30 minutes even when the place is empty). They should take a lesson from 67 burger.

They have Shock Top on tap, there's almost always a place to sit, and the male servers seem to understand what good service means. Other than that, there's is literally nothing about this place left that makes me want to go here rather than someplace else. Really... nothing. Random, bourgeois decor (oh, how original, overpriced paintings from local artists). Unexciting menu. Uninspired service. I only still go here around once a month now simply because it's on the end of my block .

Went here last night for The Clash Of The Titans art social, and was lost when I first got here. I was upstairs and just looking around really lost. You'll have to forgive me I was on a three-borugh "tour" and my brain was still on the G train. I went downstairs and loved the atmosphere.

On top of the artwork that was already there I saw paintings of Pink and Katie Perry, and the DJ was playing some oldies but goodies and R&B(the real stuff) as well as hop that was hip. The bartender was extra coolie and I was very pleased that they had this beer I have never tried called blue moon.

I have a saying for almost everything whether it is bad or good I always put a "than life" at the end of the sentence to accentuate how bad or good it was for example:

I was at the bar downstairs and the bartender ordered us some wings to pick up upstairs while he was munching on his own. We also paid for it downstairs.

That was "cooler than life".

I was talking to one of my friends and they showed me pictures of the belly dancers that I had missed, because the iron horse had gotten me there late.

That was "wacker than life".

I was watching the artists paint away while DJVicBlack of Gangstarr was spinning and the artists where extra coolie.

Man o man those paintings where "fresher than life".

Did you see that one with the pick in the Afro and the pick was also a boxing glove coming at you with an apple in the hand??!?!

That was "doper than life".

This atmosphere and the artwork downstairs is really rich and art is always something that gives a place more character, and Sputnik has a lot of character. Something like the Manny Ramirez of character's (minus the steroids) or the Bernie Mac of characters(r.i.p.) nestled in Clinton Hill a nabe that I'm sorta familiar with.

Next time I come here it will be order more wings, because they were slammin', and not to crispy or dry. The sauce was good not to spicy, and the people were well done and not yuppie. This is a good spot to chill and party if the "chill mode" part of you wears off.

I would compare it to a mullet. "Business in the front(upstairs), and Party in the back "(downstairs).

Check it, and you will not be disappointed. You won't pay a lot but you'll eat, drink and eat wings a lot and enjoy art a lot, and even look at the art in the bathroom alot, and drink blue moon a lot and "more wings please!!!!!"etc...alot. I guarantee it.

I will be back at Sputnik. Simply put it's "Fresher than Life", and what is possibly better than living? Why of course living it UP!

Last night I was dragged here against my will, to say the least -- I begged and pleaded, employing every conceivable excuse to try getting out of going -- but my friend's out-of-town friends' favorite DJ was scheduled behind the decks and apparently there was absolutely no other alternative, they weren't having any ifs ands or buts.

First thing's first, this is why I kinda hate Brooklyn: a guy said to me in a sort of condescending tone "hey, uh, nice, um, shirt" and I thought maybe he was being a jerk, perhaps even slightly homophobic, but then ten minutes later he was in some dark corner making-out with a dude -- and then, later, he even tried making-out with me, a couple times, and his hands also attempted "over-familiarity"... I just can't seem to wrap my head around anyone or anything in BK!

Upstairs there was karaoke, which was a blast... Decent selection of beers at decent prices... A super-friendly and uber-cool Orthodox Jewish fellow behind the bar, fast as can fast be.

Downstairs was pumping and packed. So much fun. Super strong drinks. Lots of booty shaking, lots of sweating, lots of heavy-petting... I haven't been flirted with this hard-core by so many cute boys every time I turned around in friggin' forever... I made friends with the club's photographer, and took home a couple phone numbers.

The crowd was wildly diverse -- people of all ages, creeds, sexual preferences, ethnicities, styles, etc... That's My Jam!

I love this place.  I live only a couple blocks away and try to make my way over at least once a week.  The burgers are amazing, and you can get bunches of different types of meat or veggie patties.  The loaded fries are beyond fantastic and the kitchen is open pretty late so you can grab them with a beer.

As for drinks, they are little bit more money than the bars nearby, but the Cosmonaughts are great.  They make a good strong drink here.  The bartenders are fantastic, super friendly and great to talk to.  Try to go when either Dan or Abraham are working.  Sometimes you can catch them hanging out down the street at Sweet Revenge too.

I tend to stay away from the downstairs parties too much - too dark, loud when I'm just trying to hang out and have a drink or ten.  But the upstairs can get pretty crowded too.  I'm not sure what night it is, or if it's just individual parties, but there is a often a good gay/lesbian scene here as well.

I love this place, and will be going here for a while.  Definitely check it out if you get the chance.

Really friendly staff, made me feel welcome. They have a modest, but delicious bar food/burger menu. I ate a Turkey Spicey burger, which was really great. The only down side was I think their pints a bit small for the price.

3 dollar beers for happy hour. ok.  BUT they are served in a weird mug, and the selection is slim... shock top, killian's irish red, brooklyn... that's about all there is worth drinking... shoestring fries are alright, but the burger is simply ok...  For 7.95 PLUS 2 bucks for the fries I kind of expected a little more... if you're in the neighborhood grab some 3 dollar beers, I guess... or if you have sometime to kill just get on the G-Train and go somewhere else...

On the recommendation of my roommate, I decided to check out Sputnik. It's great to have a local bar with excellent burgers. Sediqa was super friendly and said yes with a smile. It was nice to meet you too.

I'll return for sure and am curious to check out the dance scene downstairs.

Dear Hasidic Waiter at Sputnik,

You're a darling of a man. You've changed the way I think about Sputnik. I used to hate Sputnik. Mainly due to my general dislike for Pratt students, the Taaffe Lofts, and Taaffe Place in general, but you make my arbitrary complaints seem trivial with your pure joy and enthusiasm.

I'm pretty sure I saw you getting a lap dance at the Navy Yard Bar about two years ago but, I'm not 100% sure it was you. I was captivated by the young Hasidic man having way too much fun even then.

I first developed my crush on you about two months ago. It was around 2 a.m. and snowing on a Wednesday morning. I was dejectedly returning home from a union negation and stopped in for a whiskey/ginger and to reevaluate my life. Holy shit, you were all over the place; dancing with a group of girls from Layette Gardens, making drinks, and having way more fun than a Hasidic man is supposed to.

I saw you again a couple of weeks ago with Kyle's little brother, Danny. Before I go any farther, yes Danny is as cool as Kyle.

I had just finished shopping at the grocery store and, due to moving, Danny was literally carrying everything he owned on his back. Of course we decided to get a beer at Sputnik during the dinner rush. We had so much shit with us that it was literally overflowing from our table. That's when I saw you again. I was sure you were going to ask us to move all our shit, but that's not your style. You just asked us how we were doing, if we wanted any food, and danced away. I was pretty sure that I was falling in love.

Then, last Thursday Mark wanted to meet you. You know when you first fall in love and you can't stop talking about that person? That's what must have happened because Mark was all like "I gotta meet this darling of a  man you keep talking about..."

Well, Mark ended up canceling and, although I love Mark and was sad not to hang out with him, I was devastated to know that I wouldn't see you. There was a void in my heart I hadn't felt since my girlfriend in the 7th grade dumped me for some douche name Mike.

I'm not sure where to go from here. I don't want to come on too strong and seem like a creep, although I pretty much am a creep. For now, I guess I'll do what I always do with a crush; stare at them awkwardly, possibly mumble something incoherent, and run away. Maybe it's for the best.

As for Sputnik Bar itself, I don't really like it there. Like I mentioned earlier, I hate Pratt and the Taaffe Lofts.

Good atmosphere. Decent Location (located in that awkward purgatory of brooklyn called Clinton Hill....anything off the G is a pain. no offense still a fun bar. annnd i like Clinton Hill too.)

A lot of Pratt kids, BUT also a lot of variety. I like the mix of people and I like that they have a two options for the night-lifer: upstairs bar/food/casual drinking hang out and downstairs dancing/bands/dive bar.

The only problem is (the location isn't REALLY a problem just annoying for me.) that every time I've gone here I have never gone to eat and hang out upstairs...I have gone to hang out at the dive bar and I have always had to pay cover!
I don't have strong opinions about the music that plays or is played there, but i don't go to Sputnik for that and I don't want to have to pay for it every time. Id like to be able to go to a proper bar (not a burger joint) and not have to pay extra for it.

Other than that its really enjoyable and the bartenders downstairs make strong whiskey & cokes. tip them well!

I had been here once before with a friend for drinks, we sat upstairs, it was raining out, not a lot of people there but it was a nice atmosphere and my friend said the food was good.  They informed us that there was a female rap concert downstairs, but they were charging a high cover for a Wednesday night, so we opted out.

Last Friday my friend and I were going out and decided to hang in my hood.  We first stopped by Rustik, which was dead.  Then I remembered that Sputnik was around the corner, so we decided to walk over and check it out.  It was 1:00a.m. and the upstairs was dead, so we decided to pay the $5 cover to see the Reggae show.  We walked downstairs expecting it to be dead,  but it was packed!  The bartender was way cool and the drinks were inexpensive. The Reggae was AMAZING!!  We were so glad we went, had the best time and now Sputnik is our new favorite spot.  I cant wait to go back!

Such a cool place. I had one of the best veggie burgers I've ever had and the drinks are amazing. It was the first I've ever had an Orthodox Jew waiter - he was awesome!  There are books to read and games to play. I highly recommend it.

I didn't go downstairs, but it sounded fun.

I came here for the 'that's my jam.' The music was a good mix, but it really started pumping when the DJ started to play our favorite hits of 2002 e.g. Lil Mo - Superwoman.

Aside from the music, the venue wasn't really suited for the number of people. It got so crowded at one point, that there was no possibility of movement. Also, there were only 2 bathrooms...for hundreds of partygoers. It would take more than half an hour just to pee!

One thing I found a little problematic...it seems like one of the party's goals was to have a good diverse crowd, but the party was largely white and hipstery...I guess that's how gentrification goes...

My Cheers.  I've been going here since I first moved to the neighborhood 3 years ago and the two of us have gone through some changes together.  All-in-all a fantastic neighborhood bar, despite Horace's apt lamenting of the menu changes.  (To their credit, the burgers are bigger now, and come on a brioche bun, which rocks if you're into the whole sweet-n-salty scene.)  The dude bartenders all pretty much rock; they have some new ladies tending bar now with whom I'm less familiar.  Anyway, this is the type of place the boyfriend and I will hit up both post-black-tie events and at the end of an hours-long bender, wearing bathing suits, and be welcomed with open arms either way.

Enjoy!

You wanna know why I like this place?
Well, lend me your ear slash eyes:

1. their Parmesan dusted fries (WITH skin) is addicting and their onion rings are nice and hefty (don't forget to ask for the chipotle-mayo dip)
2. they have a variety of burgers dressed up with various condiments, including meat-choice (beef, bison, turkey, VEGGIE)
3. they use biodegradable take-out-ware
4. the space is maaaaaaad chill - just roll up on in there, plop down on a bar stool, a chair, or the bench space and take in the random semi-psychedelic decor or take a gander at the flat screen above the bar
5. the staff is maaaaaaad chill, too - this can work to or against your advantage
(+) will be more than happy to adjust the volume of the music to accommodate  your dining experience, especially if you've brought work to do with you (yes, this space is quite nice for getting some work done or working on some light pen to paper projects)
(-) they just mosey around sometimes, so the service can be a little bit delayed (but they're easy on the eyes and they wear some neat kicks)
6. they have a downstairs space for the "boom, boom, pow" - several dance/music events have been hosted here
7. if you reside in the Taaffe lofts, they give you 10% off. holleeeer!
8. i get to stumble home with a belly full o' yummy fries and yummy buuurs....less than a block away from my crib. now if you were my friend you'd benefit from this, otherwise, tough luck. just give it a whirl.

NOTE: the veggie burger options have been slightly tasteless to me on a few occasions but they've got a lotta redeeming qualities.

The downstairs area is where I was, and it was pretty chill before the party got started. The drink I had, which as a gin and tonic was only ok, not very strong or worth the money, but i did find that beer wasn't too expensive and my favorite Yuengling was being served.
Cool.
Once the party did start, Sadat X started rapping and the room was filled with Mary Jane, which i didn't mind, and the tunes were awesome. Getting to the bathroom was difficult as expected but I didn't mind.
This place is pretty cool, though I don't know if I'll be back, since it isn't really my scene.
But I would love to try the food upstairs.

i can finally say that i've been to sputnik. well, at least the upstairs portion... and that's the portion that i liked a lot.

a friend and i went on a rainy thursday evening. the place wasn't packed at all. city of god was playing on the televisions by the bar. our waiter, Abe was absolute fabulous! the burgers are beyond tasty. the fries were just ok... but the sangria was amazing. i didn't have to yell at my friend for her to hear me.

i've found a new neighborhood spot... and i'm quite satisfied.

4.5 stars.  This bar is on the border of Clinton Hill and Bed Stuy.  Close to the projects.  Generally not an issue, but there was some chaos last time we were there...

I've been to Sputnik twice.  Once for a rock show in the basement and once for burgers and cheap beer.  Both times were great.  The music space isn't perfect, but it worked.  The burgers however - outstanding.   I thought the prices were just fine.  Cheap is always better, but the economy sucks.

I'm sad that the guy below thought it sucked.  I'm not a hipster or a Pratt student either. Maybe he was having a bad day.

The people here are just too cool for words! They can't help it. Maybe they were just born with the coolness factor and others just have to deal! I dunno, I just don't know...

The french fries are great. So order that as soon as you walk in. I'm serious...

And the DJ (I think he's there all the time with the exception of special events) is wonderfultisimo (that's a real Spanish word, don't look it up). Sputnik is just one of those places where you can be super happy even if your all alone on a dead night with only the janitor to keep you company on the dance floor.

Went for THAT'S MY JAM!
Visiting for our 2 year anniversary/get-away-from-SF-long-overdue-vacation

Overall, I'm impressed.
$5 cover isn't so bad. Coming from SF where I'll pay three $5 covers to get into three different bars because none of them are very fun so we keep hoping the next will be... Got there around midnight, stayed til almost 4!

Danced a lot, made some friends. The owner came up to us and said we were the cutest couple that's come into her bar in the last 8 years (maybe she was exaggerating, but STILL, sweet compliment!)

If you're thinking my review is too generous, come to SF, go out to some of our bars and clubs here and then compare them to what you've got.

Drinks were strong - seemed like there was a bumping
Afro-dance party downstairs, but I didn't have the energy to
dance around.. so I skipped that part. Upstairs it had a very
low-key vibe for a Friday night.  A few other patrons, a DJ
spinning good lounge music, but nothing really special.

Felt like a cross between a coffee-shop and a bar. Would go
back, it just seemed like the real action was downstairs.

Never thought I'd party in the PJs deep in BedStuy.  To get here, take the G and get off on Classon.  Manjinga is the place to be on the last Friday of the month.  I was fortunate enough to be in NY during this time and had one heck of a time at Sputnik's basement.

I can't criticize too much on DJs where I go because I'm pretty aware that different places in the world have their own way of getting down.  The DJs that night did play the classics, rare grooves, and even a helping of house music - songs were played 3/4 of their original lengths but didn't bother me because they made the anticipation even greater and every selection made me want to stay there longer.  Too bad I had to bounce just when they started to play the reggae/dancehall music.  It was getting late and I had an early day the following morning - I had to leave or else the next song would've gotten me hooked and sleep would've been an impossibility.

Drinks were very well made.  The space was legit and really had that "basement party" vibe to it.  Minus one star because of the ventilation - temperatures rise down there but its a no brainer though...no matter what time of year, New York is red hot.

Reggae, Afro-Beat, Soul, Hip Hop, Classics and Rare Grooves. Free before ten, I cannot figure out why the place doesn't fill up until midnight.  It's FREE people!! Free...

the burger menu is amazing, they have all sorts of interesting combinations of toppings and helpful suggestions for which meat to have with it... and the 2 that I'd tried when I went - the san antonio and the zurich were both delicious!

The other reviews here are almost definitely from friends of the business, because Sputnik ain't what they describe.

The place is pure amateur-hour. The place is funky if you define a hodge-podge of goofy lighting fixtures as funky. DJs tend to be lame c-listers; bands unknown.

Prices are Manhattan. The crowd is either low-rent or lame-student. Avoid avoid avoid.

Spacious and quirkie with a slightly off kilter 60's CCCP modernist sense of design aesthetic...

I felt like I descended (pleasantly) into a Kubrick film set in Bed Stuy..  with the art vibe in affect.. me and my friend ducked downstairs as the dj was spinning late 70's and early 80's soul/funk classics.

The bartender was laid back.. and kept the Heinies flowing smoothly... and the wide open space was comforting... especially if you're one (as I am) who doesn't appreciate the sardine affect of crowded spaces..

strangley enough the music got louder and louder...although the space was pretty much empty early into the evening..

it became an ear to ear conversation kind of evening.. till the DJ apparently came to his senses...

there was food in the back for this catered affair.. and apparently provided for by the owner - who as it turns out.. cooks a mean fried whiting and yams and collards were off the hook.

I dove into the wings too..  hmm..  ok.  I'll forgive him for his dj skills..  he wasn't exactly getting people up and on the floor... but there was a few head nods..and a few folks dancing.. albeit.. not too enthusiastically...

Ducking out of the joint after a few hours into the party... past neighborhood folks..sitting on stoops..  summer flow in affect..

down the street on the corner. I noticed a police station...

cabs were running intermittentant...

but one pulled up....and the night officially changed gears..

good bye sputnik..  keep on sailing...  high up .... in the CCCP sky..

Maybe it's the practically secret location, maybe it's the ultra groovy decor, maybe it's the YUMMY food, or maybe it's the great live music, or maybe it's just that the people who created this place are cool as hell, but Sputnik has something special going on.

Hidden away on sleepy Taafe Place between Willoughby & Dekalb on the border of Clinton Hil & Bed Stuy in Brooklyn is one of the most happening clubs in New York, if not the world.

Sputnik has two levels -- upstairs there's a bar, GREEK food & burgers, coffee, a juke box, DJs, and groovy mod furniture & lamps.

Downstairs there's a live music  space and an art gallery, and another bar.  You can take your food down there & eat it sitting at a Jetsons style dining table.

Having performed there and seen live shows, I'd have to say this is one of my favorite venues.

Because it's kind of isolated, it's a good place to make a night of it -- get there early, eat & watch 3 or 4 bands.

Like I said, the people running this place are so cool -- they love music and love musicians and treat us accordingly.

Thanks Sputnik!

The service was poor and incredibly slow.  They give you a choice of patty for your burger, and I chose the veggie burger.  It had clearly been sitting in the kitchen for a long time before being served to me because the cheese had re-congealed.  The side salad came with no dressing, so I asked the waitress to bring some.  She took another 5 minutes to bring me the smallest ramekin possible with some ranch dressing in it.  And she never bothered to ask the 5 other people at my table whether they wanted dressing on their salads.  So they each had to wait yet another 5 minutes till she returned with the dressing that should have come with it in the first place.  So some serious service debacles there.  In addition, the food was YUCKY.

went for That's My Jam:
i can see the potential here - definite potential. but $10, really? maybe if my first drink is free.

it was nice to see the familiar bar 13 faces (natasha) - but the music was lacking. personally, i like to shake my ass to some good hip hop or the likes there of ... i don't know what was goin on with the 80s/electro/pop/whatev.

also, what's with the darkness-so-you-think-she/he's-way-hotter-than-the y-are-inside-walk-out-holy-shit-what-the-hell-run- for-it lighting? yikes.

also - you are in the middle of NOWHERE. off the G TRAIN. $10?! i'll be back in march. i hope you will reconsider the overpriced cover.

THAT'S MY JAM review:

Listen, you're in the middle of nowhere next to the G-train. THAT should be my cover to get in, not $10. so whack.

and what the hell happened to all the hip hop? play the shit that makes people want to bump & grind, not just bump. that techno dance crap should live and die in manhattan. wtf? i mean, you're in the place to take over where catty shack/ metropolitan completely dropped the ball.

you're bartenders are very good and courteous, esp. Natasha. drinks are decently priced.

oh, and don't turn off ALL the lights, save a disco ball: it just saves people from accidentally tapping the wrong thing.

While I'm happy that there's a bar in my neighborhood.

I wish it wasn't Sputnik.

Awesome burgers!  I like the fact there are free-range meats to choose from and many are organic, as well.  I had the vegie burger which was delicious.  My family enjoyed elk and osterich burgers.  The fries were yummy!  The service, excellent, as well.  This is a friendly and laid-back place to enjoy a great, healthy meal.

Can't really figure this place out. It's a mish mash of various eccentric lighting fixtures and oddly matched knock off designer furniture. I don't get the sputnik moniker either, when the establishment is pretty much void of any kind of aerospace theme.

$9 Jameson on the rocks and a limited beer selection. Lots of room to hang out though.

I wrote a long review about this place.  Then I realized it was a bad review.  So now I'm rewriting it.  I hate this place.  The vibe is terrible and it doesn't even feel like a bar...it feels like your friend's living room where everyone's hanging out but some people aren't getting along.  Awkward.

a local favorite. a lot of my brooklyn-buddies like to come here on Saturday nights. i haven't been back since Oct. 2006. despite the drama and sticky situations that arose that night... i still had a fun time at Sputnik.  this is THE place to go for DJ/MC battles and special events. two floors- decent music, the decor is slightly off and confused a bit... but like some people have mentioned in their reviews, it's more about the crowd and music than the overall decor and kitschy-ness. i mean... it's def. not chic or exclusive. however- a lot of their regulars hang out and don't give new comers a hard time or give you a mean stare. everyone's there to just dance and that's it.

i don't even see wasted people up in there. sweat drippin' from the ceilings to my pumps... it's definitely a sweat box! October? sweating inside a club? that's pretty nutso!  thank goodness for their "attempt at a VIP/lounging area" located in the back... past the bar. (see my photo  on this venue) like i mentioned... the decor is very mismatched and you have no clue what exactly they're trying for. i was scratching my head the whole time. overall... i had fun. they plaid some GOOD reggae and dancehall cuts that night. not the same ol' mix they be playing at other clubs in the city.

warning: do not use their bathrooms. it's almost too scary! when i was there... blood was splattered all over the place! what the?!?! then i remembered a month before that- there was blood there, too. eek. i hope it's just messy red paint. they need to clean that crap up. disgusting!!!

My friends and I had a great time dancing in the basement here. I have also hung out at the bar and thought it was relaxing and fun. The bartender was nice and the people hanging out didn't have a lot of attitude. I like this place for a chill night or if the DJ is good it is fun to dance downstairs. I have yet to eat there but it looks like people like the burgers...

Odd location, and well, not that great of a space.  I hate it actually.  The downstairs is kind of a dump, and it looks like they scored the furniture from people's evictions.  Not a place I'd go again unless I have to.  Fortunately, no one can make me.
