I'm posting again as I encountered a problem and wanted to recognize that although time has elapsed since my other issue, they're still as outstanding as they were a year and 9 months ago.
This store is a beacon of light in a night of sprint darkness.
I've been with sprint over 10 years, and I've never come across a group of people so dedicated to making sure the customer is happy - not from any other phone company in the business.
Sprint should study this store and use it as a template to turning around their customer service model.1 Previous Review: Show all »

Review from MiKA D.
I just came back from the Sprint store in Mountain View on my lunch break.
As soon as I walked in, no greeting whatsoever from sales. The dude just stood there without even acknowledging me while he was assisting another customer at the register.
A "hello' would be nice or even a "I'll be right with you." But no. He even walked right past me but not even a glance. He totally ignored me. Asshole. Why should I be the one to grab your attention? When I'm clearly the customer!
I walked around and proceeded to head near the Samsung Instinct model and well, to my dismay..it's a dummy phone. It's not even a live phone where I can maneuver around and check out its functions and perks. Boo.
Well, I still stood around hoping to get some assistance, but no luck.
Hey, I gave it another chance and well, no thanks. What a waste of my time. I don't know why this place keeps getting these 5 star reviews. Smells like *trolls* without pictures in their profiles.1 Previous Review: Show all »

I wanted to let you know how awesome and helpful the staff at this store was! I was impressed with they aren't considered a "real" Sprint store, however, they've provided me with better service than a "real" Sprint store.
In particular, their employee, Bijan, was extremely thorough, helpful and courteous. He took the time to troubleshoot my phone and thoroughly explain my options. The only solution was to replace it and he told me about the free manufacturer warranty. Yeah!
He saved me lots of time and money and headache!
I read the 1st review and was surprised. When I walked in, they've helped me as soon as they finished with the first customers. -

Don't honor appointment times. Don't OPEN on time! DON'T GO!
I've been to the store twice. First time, appr. 2 months ago, I had a 4PM appointment. They had 2 staff people helping and I was the 5th customer. I waited 30 minutes before anyone could speak with me (despite appointment). But at that point, I got knowledgeable, educated help, and there was a help-wanted sign in the window, so I thought, well, anyone can have a bad day.
Went last week. Store was supposed to open at 10AM. At 10:15AM the vendor next store saw three customers waiting and said "They never open on time. They won't open until 10:15 or 10:30". HUH? I waited until 10:20, and ended up handing my phone over for repairs to an employee in the parking lot, who didn't have keys! I picked up my phone several hours later and all fixed. Folks are competent here, but INCREDIBLY POOR MANAGEMENT. If I was with SPRINT corporate, I'd pull their license to operate. DON't GO! -

Good Team over there. These guys were really knowledgeable compared to any other sprint store where there are new pushy sales people . A month ago they figured out how to fix a lot of issues related with my email and Gps in my Palm Pre. These are not just regular employees who sale or repair phones, they are really talented and techy people who are willing to help any customer . If there is something that Sprint Tech support cannot do, you shou7ld try to go there , you will be surprised how in this store always have a solution for you.
