This was a nice hotel. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Two of them called me in my room to see if everything was okay. The room was pleasant and very clean. The breakfast bar had a nice offering including eggs and sausage (microwaved, I believe). While I only stayed one night, I would definitely stay here again.
Relatively new property just off the highway. Springhills in general tend to be nice with modern decor and amenities for the business traveler. This one was somewhat overrun on a Fri night by three busloads of high school band members in town for a game. The front desk offered to put us on the first floor, since the band was on the 2nd and 3rd. It was pretty quiet, but the breakfast room was completely overwhelmed in the morning. The place was clean, but barely average for a Springhill Suites. Also, the desk neglected to fill out a registration card when I checked in, so I didn't get charged the rate I was promised. The representative in the morning was unable to make the adjustment even after his manager walked him through the process by phone. I am supposed to see what goes through on my card and call them if it doesn't come out right. Hmm.
