We stayed here for three nights over the 4th of July holiday and loved every minute. The hosts are so accomodating, making sure you have everything you could possibly need, honoring every request, but not at all overbearing. They are the type of people who make you feel special for no reason.
Every afternoon, fresh baked cookies and iced tea are offered. I can't remember a time when I had a fresh-out-of-the-oven chocolate chip cookie. They were excellent!
Breakfast in the morning is also stellar. Some of my favorites were the crepes with fresh mint and strawberries, all of the home made muffins, the omlette with feta, chives, and tomato, i could go on and on! Everything is buffet style, so you can try a little of everything.
The Inn also has guaranteed parking, and is just a block or two from the downtown heart of Newport.
