Review from Michael L.
Decatur, GA
On our way back from the Smoky Mountains, our friend took us here, as this was a childhood favorite of hers.
After tasting the ice cream, we understood why.
We tried these three flavors:
butter pecan
chocolate
espresso fudge
Honestly, this is some of thie best ice cream I've had in a long time.
The flavor of the milk seeps through in every bite (it's good if you like milk!).
The cows are literally within 50 yards of the store. It doesn't get any fresher than that!
I wish I tried some of their cheeses...will have to do so next time...
Thumbs way up!!! -

This place is awesome!
It is just a little building in the valley across from a pasture with cows, very unassuming.
However, one taste of their milk or ice cream and every time you are nearby you will have to stop and get your fix.
The eggnog, pumpkin, peppermint, and rum raisin are my ice cream favorites. The milk is amazingly creamy and delicious!
Every time we go to Clayton, Ga we make the quick 10 minute trek up the road to the creamery. My husband is like a kid asking if we are going there, I think it is his favorite part of our mountain vacations. -

Authentic fresh, locally made dairy products. Worth the drive.
We bought a little of just about everything: cheese, butter, milk, eggnog, ice cream. All of it was delish & reasonably priced. If this place were closer to our home, it would be the only place I'd buy dairy products. A big plus is the quality--no antibiotics or hormones. -

I can't help myself. Whenever I'm driving up 441 into North Carolina, we have to stop at this creamery to have some of their fresh churned ice cream. The milk comes from local cows and has none of the emulsifiers and thickening agents used by multi-store chains. A lot of the berries and fruit used come from area sources too. If you want butterfat content that makes your tongue slick, this is not for you. It's good, rich, and fresh-tasting with out quite the artery clogging shock. Calories? We're talkin' about good ice cream here, not no stinkin' calories! If you have a cooler with you, grab a stash of heavy cream for nirvana in your custard or coffee.

Yum, yum, yum. Homemade cheese, ice cream of all flavors, milk (including chocolate) are all for anyone to enjoy who is in the area. The actual Jersey cows that produce these wonderful delights, are out in the back roaming around. You can eat in (very casual establishment) or take it home with you.
