Tricia L., i must agree. pizza was good. a bit overpriced, but good.
service was so-so, considering it wasn't that busy, it could have been better.
if im ever staying at the lamp liter inn again, i'll be back. it's a short walk across the street. -

This place is sick!! so many tvs everywhere you look and is a huge place!!! The only day i have every come here is on sundays and the place is packed out!!! I mean to the point where people are standing right behind you so that when you get up to leave, they make their move...i thought the pizza was very good
minus 1 star for service...only like 3 girls working here for tons of rowdy football fans, not good
minus 1 star for the f'in raiders fans!! They're so annoying! -

Sports Zone is a greatplace to be in Visalia. Family days and fun nights! great employees, and a great atmosphere, especially on football sundays, laker games, dodger games! Their pizza is delicious, wings have the best sauce in the valley, and for those who want something healthy the southwest wrap is too good to be good for you! also get there before 2 on weekdays and the lunch specials are perfect for the much needed time away from the office.
The banquet room is a great place for team parties and birthday parties! -

I normally don't dig places like this, but I have to say.. the pizza here is pretty damn good.. Crispy edges and tasty toppings. they have a good balance unlike most pizza places. So, in the middle of no where, I'll take it. And the waitresses are easy on the eyes.

A packed bar/grill during Monday night football? Not a surprise.
Nearly inaccessible waitress because the Sports Zone seems understaffed? Surprise.
Um, pizza taking like 45 min. (NOT deep dish at that) because the dough was frozen? Surprise! Why is the pizza dough frozen on a busy night?Listed in: Where To Go in Visalia, CA

TV and beer...not much else to say. Food is high priced and in small quantity and quality. Save a few bucks; watch the game at home.

The food is AWFUL, I couldn't eat the fries or onion rings...taste horrible. BLT sandwich was pretty good but it was too small, high priced. Slow service...nobody called on our order food to serve. I don't think I would ever come back again.

Balance Rock, CA
Had lunch with a couple of the old guys from work. The lunch crowd was small so one would think the service would have been a little bit more on top of their game. As far as the meal went, the size of that poor sandwich did not compare with the price that my friend paid for the lunch! Other than that it was your common sports bar.

The service is in between to me. There are alot of TV's. Weekends are a bad time to go it's always been crowded. Pizza is good!
