I went to STAR for both ankle and wrist therapy after a bad fall. The staff is pleasant, helpful and pushes the patient to get better. It amazed me how little I knew about my body and how one small irriation or injury can lead to huge problems later in life.
Navdeep was my hand therapist and she not only got me through the pain of healing, but also helped me improve my everyday habits to be "friendly" to my hands and wrists (important in the computer age)
Dominic, my ankle therapist, made me laugh every morning at 7:30 when I worked out during the excruciating rehab of my ankle and foot. This is not easily done for a morning-hater like me! I was able to attend STAR on my schedule and for as long as I needed (covered by insurance!) in order to fully heal.
The staff and owners were great and didn't force the idea of surgery as some other rehab centers have been rumoured to do...
