It is so flipping cold out (brrr) , I am hoping writing a review of this place will give me warm thoughts. Power through positive thinking, or something like that.
Hubby and I hit this place every summer, with the exception of last summer because I was huuuge and pregnant. Not a cute look in a swimsuit, trust me.
Bummer that they don't open until Memorial Day.
This waterpark is a ton of fun, and really big so it never feels too crowd. It covers 13 acres of space, and packs lots to do. There are TWO four story water slides (which are hella fun) as well as 2 fast "cannonball" style slides. If you just want to cool off and chill out, hit the "lazy river"- they give you a tube that you can just lie in and go round and round in it.

I have not visited the park yet and my experience is already been terrible. If I didn't have a group showing up on sunday I would've cancelled my reservation. I have been calling this place for 2 weeks trying to pay for my pavillion. When I finally spoke to someone I was told the credit card machine was down. Anyways, I finally spoke to someone. I was then told that they couldn't do two transaction for my group because everyone wouldn't be there at the one time. I thought two transactions for 130 peopel was fair. They could care less and said they don't have the staff to do it. It's punching in a few buttons and handing me a few badges. We are spending almost $2,000.00 there and they only thing they can say is NO!!! Really!!! Two transaction one at 11 and the other at 1! I don't get it, but whatever. They weren't nice at all, not efficient and NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. Very rude people and terrible costumer service. They make enough money to hire more people so they can take care of paying customers!
