I attended a reception here, and it's strange because you get out of the elevator straight onto the revolving platform of the restaurant. It took me a minute - I tried to hold on to the wall, only to have a momentary realization and a quick tinge of seasickness, that it was moving. But, sea-legs recovered, I went on to enjoy the reception that afforded such a wonderful 360 degree view of downtown Louisville and the Ohio River.
The reception started at 6:30, in time for us to spend it looking out over the sunset, and the view was beautiful. As the restaurant slowly revolved, I could see the light changing over the city and constantly transforming the view.
