From start to finish, they did a beautiful job. I asked them to do our move-out cleaning on a 2-bedroom/2-bath apartment. Roger responded very quickly via email (which I love) and set it up exactly when I needed them to come.
Elizania and Leonardo were very nice and understanding about the huge list that I gave them. The apartment looked amazing on completion. And all for a very reasonable price, as well. As my husband says, "It was worth every penny".
I would highly recommend Sparkling Clean Agency for their quality work and customer service. -

The cleaners were Deborah and her assistance. They were on time and helpful. I give Robert I believe credit for being hard working at such a young age.
As performance, it was not as good as I thought it would be. They cleaned most of what I asked. I would give a 5star if they have cleaned my kitchen floor well. I gave them a good tip w/o knowing that the floor was still brown and dirty because I saw w/ my eyes that Deborah has mopped twice. However, I needed to mop 3 more times to get ride of the left over debris and brownish layers. My granite floor shouldn't be difficult to clean, so I really doubt the method she used.
Some minors could be tolerated if it weren't for the floor. I write it out so that they can take it as a constructive criticism. For example, Deborah went ahead cleaned my rooms even I told her at the beginning no need for it. I think she was trying to fill in that 2.5 hour we agreed upon. It proved to be not time well spent and missing the key point. I also don't like the parts that Robert who put his dirty gloves on my silk seating pad and used the vacuum to clean my sage color sofa. I don't know if that's standard practice but I don't like it and I can't imagine if I wasn't here with them.
I hope this will be a helpful feedback and I do like them to stay in business. I tried many other cleaning companies but not many replied. I'll give them another trial.

Sorry to have to write this follow-up, but I feel it's important to report that while the original few cleanings were very thorough, my service declined in subsequent weeks. I was paying $100 every two weeks for TWO people to clean my small (690 sq. feet) one bedroom apartment. The floors and bathroom were always clean, but I started to notice a decline in the overall quality of service.
After a few weeks, I attempted to take tasks away from the cleaners, such as letting them know they did not have to change my bed linens, in order to give them more time for cleaning, but it seemed to not help at all. Over time I began to notice more & more things that weren't done, or were done carelessly... dishes were loaded into dishwasher but it wasn't turned on, non-dishwasher safe items were put into the dishwasher rather than hand-washed, cashmere sweaters were thrown in my laundry bin (I accidentally washed them with my laundry, ruining one), the sofa was not vacuumed to remove pet hair, they broke my scale by shoving it in a crevice between my dresser and the wall, etc. Forgetting or purposely omitting certain tasks seems sloppy to me, and definitely not worth a $100 check every two weeks.
I guess I am surprised that two people could not do a better job in my house in the "two hours" that they say they spent there every other week. I can clean my house more thoroughly in two hours, and I am just one person. I canceled my service before the holidays and am back to cleaning on my own. Saving $200 per month seems worth the tradeoff to me.
Oh, and it's been several weeks and they still have not returned my house keys after several requests. Pinged them again the other day and am hopeful they'll mail them this week.
Sad that this turned out this way. I WILL say that the office staff was great, and the original cleaning was very thorough, so if you want a one-time cleaning, this company might work for you. For repeated cleanings, I feel they are not worth the high price.1 Previous Review: Show all »

ive been using sparkling clean for almost a year now, they have never let me down... my roomate is so disgusting and i really need professional service to clean our kitchen and living room, everytime theyre done, its really sparkling clean! i highly recommend this service to everyone. people in the office especially toni and roger are very helpful and prompt! love them!

I held an party this past holiday season at my new home in the East Bay and I wasn't looking forward to cleaning before hand and afterwards. From the suggestion of a friend, I decided to hire a cleaning agency to take care of the tidying and cleaning the aftermath and after some research I decided to go with Sparkling Clean. There were two nice cleaners who came to my house about a week before the party and made my house shine like the day I moved in. A few days later the team came back and cleaned up the scuffs and soil left by my friends and coworkers. I had never seen my wood floors shine like they did! They were very reasonably priced for the work they did. I'm very pleased with Sparkling Clean and won't hesitate to hire them again for my future cleanings! Thanks so much!

I used this company for carpet cleaning when I moved out of my old apartment. It was fairly easy to set up the appointment and I was pleased with the end result. I had multiple spilled coffee stains and one huge chocolate smoothie stain (thanks to my cat) that was removed and the carpet was spotless! My only complaint is that the carpet cleaner was not on time and was about an hour late, other wise...everything was cool.

We moved out of our SSF apartment this week and decided that we were SO over manual labor....time to hire someone else to clean! I did a lot of price comparisons among different cleaning services and they're all pretty similar; the reason I chose Sparkling was because the person responding to my emails (Toni) was the politest and most professional of all.
Our cleaners today (Narciza and her assistant) weren't just on time, they were early. They were very polite and efficient, and accurately estimated how long it would take to do the job. When they finished, the place was even cleaner than when I moved in. My landlords gave their seal of approval as well, so the $140 I spent for 2 hours cleaning is worth it to me. Yay security deposit! We'll probably recruit Narciza again soon, as we're considering hiring on a regular cleaning service for our new place. -

Just had my first cleaning. Overall was pretty good and I am definitely inviting Marcia and her helper back for a monthly cleaning.
Customer service was lightening fast, set up an initial appointment within a few hours emailing with Roger. Marcia and her helper arrived right on time and got to work immediately.
They were very thorough, moved things around to clean underneath and asked me whenever they were not sure if they could remove something. Finished 2 bedroom + 2 bathroom + kitchen in 2 hours (ok my place is pretty clean already, but still they did hafta cover every inch).
Reasonable price, $29/person/hour, each job usually will be around 100. I tipped them extra because they were very hardworking and sweet.
Why 4 stars only? Minor imperfections.
- They brought own towels and a mop head, but mainly used my cleaning supplies (had to borrow my vacuum b/c theirs broke down this morning, but did promise to bring theirs next time). I don't mind, but just was expecting more professional equipment
- Little spots missed maybe 2-3 places, left two towels behind. Not a deal-breaker but just could be more detail-oriented next time. I will ask them to walk through after they are done to make sure nothing was left behind.
Two more neutral notes:
- they use quite a bit of cleaning fluid so the smell is a bit strong (I kept my windows wide open so it's gone in a few minutes)
- they will minorly rearrange stuff on the table/counter. I don't mind too much since most of my stuff is already in piles. Just let them know if you want them to leave things alone. -

I rely on yelp for most of my recommendations and I was VERY dissappointed with this Agency. Each corner still had spider webs, windows were still dirty, and it seems like the majority of the time they were scrubbing the sink and toilets. She wasn't very pleasant until after the job was done. I ask her to clean an area as I mentioned before scheduling the appointment and she seemed unhappy about that and told me she wasn't told to do that. My husband and I could have done a better job than they do. I feel bad in writing this review but I don't want anyone to pay for the service I paid for.

Blew my mind, and I am irritatingly picky. They did what they said they'd do, and more, and the carpets look like the abuse I did to them never even happened. The cleaners were supernice, ontime and professional, the backend of the service is together, with confirmations, follow ups, and an earnest willingness to get and keep the business.
I will have them back as often as possible. :) -

This was my first time ever hiring any sort of professional cleaning service for myself, and I am very impressed with the results.
During the initial walkthrough, Mirian and her helper arrived promptly, 10 minutes before the scheduled cleaning time. She quickly went through my home to assess the condition, briefed me on the cleaning products, and had me fill out a one-sheet agreement. Less than 20 minutes later I was off to work, confident that my home and dog were in trustworthy hands.
When I got home I was so freakin happy. My bathroom looks shinier than it did when I first moved in. They even organized the contents of my refrigerator. If you're really particular about where things are placed on shelves and counters you'll need to point it out because they do take the liberty of rearranging your belongings. I did find some minor flaws (damp rag left on my stuffed polar bear's head, shower drain left loose with hair still clogged underneath) but no deal-breakers.
The service has earned major points by being very prompt with their email communication throughout the whole booking and follow-up process. During the cleaning I had a question about gratuity, and someone from the office was able to answer my email immediately.
The first-time cleaning of my 1bd/1bath (~700 sq ft) cost me $145 and took them 2.5 hours with 2 people, but the weekly flat rate afterwards would be $87/week or $105/month. My place doesn't get dirty enough within a month to need regular cleanings, I only wish that they were able to offer a better price for a cleaning every 2 months (someone please message me if you know of anyone reliable who does this!).
***One big item of concern is that my small dog fell seriously ill the night after the cleaning. He's been vomiting and has had diarrhea for almost a full week ever since. I have no evidence that this was linked to the products used, and even if it was I don't blame Sparkling Clean for it, but I will be sure not to leave my dog at home during any future cleanings. -

I consider myself a fairly neat person. I even make my bed in the morning.
When I called Sparkling Clean, I really just wanted someone to scrub my bathroom (because who likes doing that?)
The women that came over went above and beyond my expectations, going so far as taking apart my stove top to clean under the hood of the burners and wipping down everything in my fridge. I am truly impressed and will definitely be calling these guys again. -

My fiance and I were required by our lease to have a "moving out" cleaning done before we turned over the keys to the new tenant. Everything, top to bottom - including the carpets, had to be scrubbed within an inch of its life.

Caller: Hello, this is your landlord's realtor. You need to move out a week earlier than we told you. And you'd better have those carpets clean before we get there!
Me: Awesome, thanks for letting us know well ahead of time that we're being moved out in advance of the first of the month. That makes my life wicked easy.
(Jumps on plane to Seattle, finds apartment, has 4 days until the move.)
So, I come back to SF after all this drama and need to find cleaners STAT. I search Yelp! and find Sparkling Clean Service. They have Mirian available. And, the carpet cleaner is free that day too (apologies for having spaced out on his name).
Mirian came, she saw, and she conquered. She is the high priestess of apartment cleaning. There are not enough multi-syllabic adjectives in the English language to describe my joy over the quality of her work. And, she gave me some great cleaning tips (e.g. Orange Glo wood cleaner to clean the surface of stainless steel appliances - who knew?!) In addition, Mirian is super sweet. A seriously lovely human being and one helluva hard worker.
The carpet cleaner was a frakkin' magician too. He got out a stain that I was certain was going to cost us a replacement carpet.
The cost for this level of service was about half of what I had anticipated. Use Sparkling Clean Service. Get Mirian if you can. You will not regret it. -

After having a semi-nervous breakdown about the state of my apartment and my current workload with work and other extra-curricular activities, I finally succumbed to the recommendation that I get a cleaner to come in and give it a good old-fashioned "lick and a promise". A friend dug up Sparkling Clean for me on Yelp and I emailed the company through their website to get more information and an estimate.
First off, I was very impressed with the speedy response I received through email. After a few back and forths debating the time and date, we finally managed to settle on a weekend (which is pretty much the best option for me).
The two girls arrived right on time at 8:30 am Saturday morning. They had everything with them and I gave them a quick overview of what I wanted done and asked them to let me know where they wanted me to go so they could work around me. They were both friendly and talkative, and they loved interacting and petting my two cats who made sure they were hanging around to socialize with the new people.
I was given an estimate of two hours and they hit that estimate right on. They did a beautiful job in my kitchen, bathroom and living room. I no longer feel catnip, fur and grit sticking to the bottoms of my feet (all issues that come with having two very sheddy cats). They cleaned the windows, dusted everything, moved things when they could to dust and vacuum underneath, and left my place smelling great and amazing.
I would happily hire these two lovely ladies again. They were a joy to have around and worth every penny plus the tip! -

I'm so relieved to have found these folks. We'll be using them on a regular basis from now on. I doubt you will find any better. We've used cleaning services in the past but they usually disappoint. Not these people. They spent 5 hours at our 3 bedroom/2 bath place and it's never been cleaner. We were told 2 hours but admittedly, it hadn't been cleaned in a long time, so they spent more than double that. But it was worth it. They said it would be 2 hours if I call them back more regularly, so I'll report back on that. Very pleased!

They are just AMAZING!
My home was a total caos after I get home from my trip, I could find anything, just dust and grease! But I found these guys's number and I called right away asking for HELP! They took a little while to get back to me butt they were super fast by email. I said everything that I need to be cleaned and they gave me the perfect estimate. The cleaners, or I would say the AMAZING PEOPLE that went to my home did an incredible job.They were nice, polite, and they even spent 10min extra redoing the area that I forgot to mention. THE BEST!!!
I've been waiting to write a review because usually after the first 3 or 4 cleanings things aren't as "sparkling" as promised. But after 3 months of service I am thrilled to report that Sparkling Cleaning Service still makes me jump for joy when I walk in my freshly cleaned house.
Seriously, they do a fantastic job and I am so lucky I found them. If you want top notch cleaning at a reasonable price, look no further.
Now if only I could get them to come daily...hmmm. -

I have to admit that I was a little hesitate to hire a cleaning service, but my friend told me about Sparkling Clean and how amazing they are, so I decided to give it a try. I can't stop smiling! My place smells fresh and is totally spotless. All the process was really fast... Roger answered all the messages quickly and always friendly! I've already gave my keys to Leonardo and Eli and signed up for the monthly cleaning. Friendly people that work hard and bring the results that I wanted. Definitely 6 starz! ;-D

I called Sparkling Clean Service a couple of times before booking an appointment. During all of the calls, I spoke with Tony -- who was very helpful and attentive to the kind of cleaning I wanted done. Basically, I wanted the bathroom, kitchen, and hallway taken care of. That was it.
He explained to me that there were 2 options I could choose from for the minimum spend of $87: 2 cleaners for 1.5 hours or 1 cleaner for 3 hours.
I went with the first option. After booking, I told him that the appointment date might change depending on when my roommate would be home. He confirmed that Sparkling Clean Service was easy to reach and I would just need to let him know at least 2 days prior. Unfortunately, because it was Labor Day weekend, I was not able to reach them the Friday prior. I called twice and sent 2 emails, but never received a response until the actual day I wanted to move the appointment to. Luckily, they were able to accommodate.
They made up for the lack of communication with their thorough cleaning. Although I was not home during the service, I came back to a beautifully spotless bathroom, kitchen, and hallway. I loved that the rooms didn't reek of chemicals from the cleaning products.
I would definitely use them again as long as the minimum spend stayed the same and if they provided all of the cleaning supplies. Per their note on Yelp, looks like they only provide it during your first time. -

minus 1 for less-than-smooth experience...
(I did get 100% deposit back though =)
the cleaners had car trouble, so I was called and notified. that was fine, except for when I was told they would call me with an update, nothing happened. I had to call 1x or 2x before I got a call back with their status. this was stressful as I was also managing movers that morning...
once there, they did a good job. (when I came back, it smelled wonderful!). My roommate had been messy, and they made everything sparkle!
on the downside, I showed them the instructions my landlord had given me, including what to do about drawers - to pull them out and empty them, which they didn't do. also, I told them not to worry about one closet where my bags to fly with were, but two other closets still had crumbs/items on the bottom that I had to sweep out by hand/with paper towel and use a plastic grocery bag for the trash since all my cleaning materials had been shipped!
I had to run since they had been late, and they said they would call when they were done, but never did. They left a nice note, and didn't charge for longer than quoted, so it was ok.
Lastly, I got confused because I knew that they wouldn't take out the trash. but instead of leaving it somewhere visible, maybe in the kitchen, they left it outside in the courtyard, and I happened to notice it, but didn't know to look there. Also, they threw out my remaining bathroom supplies that I had planned to use the next morning for a shower (shampoo) and then throw out myself... -

I should've done this WEEKS ago! I was putting off hiring someone to clean because I didn't feel like I could afford it and usually do it myself, but in the midst of a crazy work schedule, I must say that this was $87 + tip WELL SPENT.
The cleaners were VERY thorough--did much more than I thought they would be able to in the time allotted--and did all the stuff I usually skip/let slide (cleaning around the baseboards, getting the cobwebs I can't reach in the stairwell). Makes me realize that cleaning is specialized work just like anything else, and we "amateurs" just aren't going to do as good a job--and certainly not as fast!
Best of all, the cleaners were SUPER friendly and nice--they cleaned my house AND brought in lots of good vibes.
The only caveat I would say is to be clear with both the person scheduling the cleaners, and with the cleaners themselves, about how much time you are contracting them for. They stayed about 15min over (x2 cleaners), but since I had told them ahead of time to please stop after 90 minutes, they didn't charge extra for it (of course, I tipped well--only fair).

Sparkling Clean (the co-op, eco-friendly house cleaning service, owned by some Brazilians) gets our 100% recommendations. At least the couple that cleans our house does: Isabella and Marcos. We have had maybe 3 other folks clean the house, and they pale in comparison.
They not only clean the house better than I would (a high standard), but they also: clean out the inside of the fridge (!!), FOLD all our baby's clothes/blankets in her baskets, organize all her toys, and stay away from my mess of papers on request.
Our first experience with them was with another woman, who did a very low quality job. When we told them we couldn't use them again based on that, they immediately offered to send someone else, for free, as a trial. We've been hooked ever since.
They set the bar pretty high. -

Part 1: Very disappointing. I hired them to do a move-in job for my one bedroom and they did a really poor job.
They were 4 in my apartment. One was cleaning, one (Christiane) was training the others, explaining what products to use etc... so she spent most of her time training 2 people instead of cleaning. The trainees cleaned for just a few minutes, then left.
They stayed overall for 1 hour and 15 minutes and wanted to charge me for 2 hours. I disagreed and accepted to pay for 1.5 hours.
12 hours later, when I moved in and started to unpack, I realized that all the shelves were still very dusty. I had to clean everything again since I needed to put my stuff on the shelves.
I complained about it and Christiane came back a few days later. I explained to her that I had to clean whatever was not cleaned properly and I asked her to clean a few other spots where I was not sure if they did a good job. With a very unpleasant attitude, she said she was here to clean the shelves and that was it. So she left right away.
Part 2: Sparlking Cleaning Services called me and apologized about their bad service. They asked another team to clean up my place and that new team did an amazing job. -

I came over from Mindful Maid since they weren't returning my calls and said on their voicemail they "weren't taking new clients". I'm not a new client, but I guess they're too busy to get to the old clients as well.
I spoke with Toni over the phone and he was very friendly and was able to have my place cleaned within a few days. I asked that they call me when they're 5 minutes away, which they did. I met them at my house and gave them a brief tour. I didn't have any specific needs besides cleaning the microfiber couch. Dante and another woman came and they did an amazing job. It didn't smell as nice as I hoped, but the job was done thoroughly without much direction on my part.
My bill was $145 for 2 cleaners and for 2.5 hours ($29 per cleaner). I have a 2bd 1 (split) bath flat with hardwood floors. That sounds about right since Mindful Maid charged about that much, if not a little more. They did a fantastic job and I don't think I'm missing anything, or at least I haven't noticed yet... Will update if I do! -

So I absolutely hate cleaning. When work kept me away from home for about 80 hours a week, I had an excuse for not cleaning. Not so anymore. Well, I realized that my room and bathroom were not for amateurs, so I found this company online. Since they had good reviews and contacted me via email with a quote very quickly, I decided to go with them. One of the other companies I looked into wanted to do a consultation visit first, and then schedule the cleaning appointment. Consultation, really? It's cleaning a house, not brain surgery.
My cleaning lady showed up a few minutes late, but not so late that it irked me. She spent about 2 1/2 hours on my large bedroom, bathroom, and hallway. She did a pretty thorough job, but I did notice a few missed spots afterward (what can I say, I'm anal, especially when I'm paying for something). I'm just glad that I didn't have to do it.
Overall, solid cleaning job. Since my room is so clean, I'm more motivated to keep it that way myself. Will I use them again? Maybe, but only if I'm too lazy to do it myself. -

+ Sandra and Dante were so nice and professional. I am so glad I had them as a team. They were punctual and listened to my areas of concern. Areas were addressed as promised.
+ Contractors left some sticky residue on kitchen counter which they carefully removed
+ They brought all their equipment and cleaning supplies but you can provide your own if you are particular
+ Minimum is 90 minutes for $87. That saved me time and money!
+ Toni, the representative who scheduled me, was so patient with me because I had to keep changing my dates because of the contract work I was having done
+ My studio was done under 90 minutes and I was very satisfied
+ Everything was arranged via email or phone--I like that convenience and the confirmations
+ They can come on weekends!
The Minuses -'s:
- There really weren't any! I would hire them again no question. I just wonder with all the positive reviews, they may be so busy I won't be able to book them so easily!

I waited to get my deposit back from my old apartment before writing this review but I just got a check for 100% of my deposit and I have to credit it to me not destroying any walls and Sparkling Clean for their awesome cleaning job when I moved out!
The staff was very friendly and nice and cleaned my whole 1 bedroom apartment and steam cleaned the carpet for what I was quoted (2 hours). I went to look at the place that evening (I had left them at my apartment to go to work) and it looked amazing!

I've decided that Henrique is a true godsend.
He's super nice, super sweet, and purely undaunted by the horrendous task of organizing my closet. I'd read about their closet organization service, and decided that if he did such a great job the first time cleaning my place, his closet organizing skills must be off the charts.
Since I'd been out of town for awhile and had piles and piles of clothing heaped in my tiny closet, I called for Henrique to come and fix the mess, stat. He asked me how I wanted it organized, and I just told him to surprise me, because anything he could do would be better than what it was at that point.
Again, AMAZING. I've started having Henrique come on a monthly basis just to wipe the dust and grime off my countertops and surfaces, and to do the routine vacuum (it's amazing how little I need to vacuum now that I have a non-shedding dog). I'm still such a fan! I just love everything about this company--they are so friendly and competent and responsible.
Fernanda and Marcos always arrive on time and greet me so warmly. They are so efficient and I never feel judged if I've let my place get a bit dusty. Me and my home always get 5 star service from both of them!
Thank you also to the company for being so easy to work with and being so flexible. I'm pregnant so we've got a lot of family coming and going and I'll need to change the date of my service quite often in the coming months--the company has made it clear that it's no problem!Listed in: My Neighborhood

Late, but only by 15-20 minutes
Estimated 4 hours via email, 4.5 in person, took 4.75
They were nice enough to stay a bit longer for free since they needed a bit more time, which was really nice.
They neglected the inside of the medicine cabinets and the top of the refrigerator
Very nice people (2 cleaners) and overall it looked great in the end. -

THE WORST SERVICE EVER.
I was recommended by a friend that this is a great service, and I will admit they did a good job. However, when I booked the first time they said the earliest they could come would be 8.30 am. I have to be at work at 8 and it takes me 30 minutes to get there from my house. I emailed back that it would work, but they really needed to be on time due to my work hours but I could swing being a little tardy.
The cleaners came at 9 a.m. This is NOT the way to make a good first impression. I was extremely late to work which just compounded the whole issue.
I then gave them another shot since my friend simply swears by them and said the cleaners that work with her are great. I am now sitting at my kitchen seeing that the cleaners have not come and its 30 minutes past the time they were supposed to show. After expressing my displeasure with their service and then offering them another chance a NO SHOW is not the way to go.
In addition, I feel their price quotes are extremely misleading. I was only quoted a dollar amount for their minimum fee and never told what the price was for the 2-2.5 hours they said they needed to clean.

Vanessa hooked me up on very short notice to have the carpet in my 1 BR place steam cleaned. Sebastian & Rodrigo showed up on time and were very patient, as I was a bit late. They even helped me move furniture out of my apartment. Sparkling Clean is thorough, kind, and affordable. I highly recommend their service.

this is my 3rd or 4th time using this service, and I have to say that I have been very pleased every time. First of, the email communications is quick, professional and nice. They are on time and always very friendly, polite and most importantly they are always really nice to my dog! who thinks they are all here only for her! Now to the real reason they are here: cleaning my apartment! really stellar. My place is so clean, and smells and feels so clean. So nice, I do a good job at maintaining so I dont need the service all that often but it is so nice to know that all those corners I ignore, and the really deep cleaning, especially bathroom and kitchen are perfect.
I also like that they do the job within the time promised

Total disappointment.
When first inviting the service they didn't show up more than an hour and thirty minutes after our scheduled time.
No one bothered to call us and tell us they will be late - on our first call to them (when they were only 30 minutes late) we were informed that they got held up on a previous job, but were now on their way and would be at our place within 10 minutes. When trying to call 60 minutes later to try and understand where they were, our repeated calls were not answered. We ended up texting them to cancel the appointment.

I arranged for a last minute cleaning of my place. I got 2 bathrooms and the kitchen cleaned as well as the floors to the living room mopped. The (2 guys) team did not really move anything around and the bathrooms just got a basic wipedown. (Annoyed, they used my cleaning products too) They seemed to clean like I would and not really dig in. the cost was the basic minimum 2 hours for that level of service. probably won't do it again, could do it myself.

Everything about this process went smoothly. I requested a quote via email and received one promptly. I set up a time for saturday, february 5 2011 and Dante & Gustavo arrived right on time. They finished the job slightly over the estimated time, probably because their attention to detail was fantastic. Not only was the general cleaning superb, but they did little details like cleaning behind our couches.
My only critique for them would be to tighten up the billing process. I had to fill out the service agreement with the final total after the fact, and it just felt a tiny bit on the dodgy side. A bit nit-picky, but it felt weird.
Other than that, I have absolutely no complaints. Highly recommend! -

What a find.
We booked these guys for a move out clean plus they also organized Sebastian to do sofa & rug steam cleaning.
The response to the email enquiry was fast and with accurate info with confirmation and checking in. The people were there on time to do the job and a great job they did too.
Mirian and assistant were customer serviced focused, friendly and even did a few things I wasn't expecting them to do. I'm sure that little flat has never looked better plus the landlord emailed to say thank you for leaving the place in such top condition. Easy, I replied, I had my secret weapons!
Highly recommend these guys services. -

I hired this business for a move out cleaning. They did a decent job in the kitchen. I was told 2 hours for my apartment...it actually was over that. I am happy to pay for the extra hour, but I came home before the cleaners should have been done and they were gone....this too would be fine..but there was a lot of things that still needed cleaning.
