Sparkle is reliable and conveniently located.  The turn around time is normal, and they accomodate rush orders when possible.  They're friendly, and have convenient hours.  

I had a stained satin (down filled) jacket... I think it might have been Febreze... that they weren't able to clean.  But as far as I know, nobody could have cleaned it all the way.  Like Yagbad said, their creases are always in the same place and very crisp.

They aren't the cheapest place around, but I'm not even sure that's what I'd look for in a place you trust your delicate clothes to... I'd rather have good, dependable service, and that's what they supply.

Good place to get your clothes altered.  I am vertically challenged so pants are usually long on me, thus I need to get my pants hemmed.  This place charges $8.50 which is a lot less than some other places that I've gone to.  I also get my clothes dry cleaned here as well.  They're a bit pricier than some other dry cleaners, charging $4.25 for blouses and sweaters.  It's in a hidden spot, wedged in between a dental office and chiropractic care office.  The service is good but don't expect the sales people to strike up a conversation.

UPDATE 3/29/08
I came here a few weeks ago to get my pants altered and they have a new policy of $10 minimum for debit/credit card.  Be sure to bring cash if your total is under that amount.

Sparkle Cleaners is the best dry cleaning / laundry I've found in the Bay area during my 8 year tenure.  They might be a bit pricey, but they're open on Saturdays, they rarely smash the buttons on my shirts, and they still manage to press almost everything really well (same creases every time).  Sadly, I've moved to Redwood Shores and can't find a comparable dry cleaner / laundry service.
