I've been to this location for both waxing and a massage. I highly recommend both Caroline (waxing) and Stacy (massage).
Caroline is quick and very personable. She makes the experience as pleasant as possible. I've been going to her for over a year and I'm always happy with the results. I refuse to go to anyone else because she's so good.
Stacy is also excellent. I booked a 30 minute massage and she really took the time to work on the problem areas I told her about. My shoulders felt so much more loose after she was done. I've found that some massage therapists can be a bit rough, but she knew how to work the muscles so that they released naturally rather than forcing them. The point of a massage is to come out more relaxed than you went in, not more sore. I've only been to Stacy once, but I'm looking forward to treating myself to a massage with her in the near future.
The rest of the staff is polite, personable, and efficient. I've never had a problem when I check in or pay. Most of them don't try to push other products or packages on you, but you can get the occasional pushy person. Overall, I've had pretty positive experiences with this location.
