Service was very pleasant here, I had my hair put up for a wedding, but I absolutely felt the price for having my shoulder length hair put up -- $75 -- was much too expensive. I have to spend that much in downtown San Francisco for a high level stylist. Having to spend that much in suburban Maryland doesn't make any sense.
The interior of the spa is nice and they offer a wide range of day spa services. Their stylists are very pleasant, but the front desk crew could be better. They ignored our bride for a while and then interrupted someone else's manicure to have her manicure fixed. I think it would've made more sense to have someone who wasn't busy with a client do the job.
