Claudia is the best. She is very professional and clean. Her Spa is one of the best Spa's I've ever been to. She does have a full service except for hair and nail services.

The colors of the Spa are great and cozy, including the European decorations and the furniture. The place smells great and the prices are really good.

If you are looking for a good waxing service in San Ramon she is the lady for the job. She also does Brazilian waxing and she is fast and pain free except for the "weird" positions you are most of all the time for the Brazilian waxing this place is phenomenal for service, quality and price.

ATTENTION YELPERS: I am not Claudia the waxer pro, I am the pro waxee!!!

This is the WORST experience (or lack of) I've ever encountered.  Here's an excerpt of my complaint filed to the BBB:

"I booked my appointment online via spa moments website. I received a confirmation for my two appointments for Wednesday, 5/30 at 10am and 11am. I made numerous attempts to call their office to secure my appointments with a credit card but no one ever picked up the phone. A few days later, I received another set of confirmation email the day before my appointments and thought it was confirmed since no one from their facility ever called me for a credit card number.

I arrived at their facility at 9:50am on 5/30. The door was locked and no one answered the door bell. I called the number posted on their sign and left a message and waited for 15 minutes for someone to call back. NO CALL BACK! I am STILL WAITING for someone to call me back. Their voicemail says their facility opens at 8:00am."

I didn't mention to the BBB that this "spa" is located inside a run down OFFICE BUILDING and their sign is a piece of PAPER stuck next to the door, right above their glued on doorbell!  There are no windows to even look in.  This place is definitely sketchy!!!!  It's been 3 days and still no one from Spa Moments returned my call or emails.

UPDATE (7/12/07) - I never heard back from this place.  BBB responded to my complaint and said they've contacted the company and left a message.  If they respond, BBB will let me know.  Well, it's been over 2 months and no response from BBB.  Guess "Spa Moments" never bothered calling back.  What a bunch of A-Holes!
