After vacationing for a few days in the heart of South Beach, I needed a little detox before returning home.  This was the right place to go.  The place was not the easiest to find, I think I drove around three times, each time missing it.  When i finally found it, I was still unclear as to where the spa was.  The hotel lobby was beautiful and inviting though (I think I might stay here next time).  I went to the second floor and walked up to the desk.   They handed me their pamphlet and I decided on a bath.  The prices were very reasonable.  They gave me a key to a locker and pointed me in the directions I needed to go for my locker and then pointed in the area to the bath.  My only complaint is that they do not make things easy to find.  Though I found the locker room easily, the bath was not as obvious.  When I went into the room, I was a little surprised that it was not more private.  But it was relaxing and soul-cleansing.  There water was the perfect temp and the lighting was set low.  The grounds surrounding the place were clean and serene.  I hoped to return and explore more of this place.  Its like a stand still in time.

Hands down one of the best spa days I've ever had! From the organic, casual poolside cafe to the uber relaxing hamam, this place is everything a small spa should be. While the staff is excellent, it is mostly a holistic, do-it-yourself pace. Don't expect to be rushed from treatment to treatment... in fact the best value is to get one treatment and spend the rest of the day exploring the mud lounge, scrub rooms and giant sound pool.  It's a salt water swimming pool with the music piped in under water.  Little touches like "kiss my face" products make getting pretty afterward a breeze.
