A park... is a park.. is a park?
I don't know, but there any many things that could be improved about this place.
The grass is 80% weed, and the tennis courts are faded green. Don't fall down, because you'll probably get stabbed by pieces of broken beer bottles. The bathrooms are filthy, and the basketball courts are almost always flooded from the sprinklers. Gangs hang out here as well as dealers.
Don't come here. I don't anymore.
