Actually this review is for the salon in UTC. Never buy the monthly membership. I had to cancel 4 times before they quit charging me. Each time I was told that I would not be charged the following month and I was. I was also told on 3 occassions that I my credit card would be credited back and it never happened. i kept getting the run around that the girl working there couldn't credit me. The manager had to do it and she was never there. I was told on 2 occasions that the manager would call me and she never did.

update: Jeff, an owner of SCT contacted me here on yelp and has offered to rectify the situation. I was reimbursed for the membership fee and they gave me a free month membership. Apparently they had a new manager at the time and she wasn't good. Kudos to them for fixing this for me. I really appreciated that once the owner saw there was a problem, he adressed it and fixed it. Kristen, the manager now, was super nice and took care of me as soon as I called her. I updated the star status.

kristen is my homegirl, the employees are so nice and the place is clean but it gets really busy at times.
