I am a full body patient! I bought a package for the same price as American Lazer Center offered, for my bikini area alone!
Damon the location manager is pleasant and did not try to over sell both my boyfriend and I. We both signed up for different treatments and got the 0% APR for 12 months deal, which was nice. Just be careful to pay enough and on time, but Damon was careful to warn us.
Each staff member has been awesome. Even when too much talking happened and we missed a spot, they scheduled me in with the same lady and she zapped the whole area as a bonus! I also referred someone and got an extra treatment.
The only negative is that I am a perfect candidate and I am not seeing much reduction on my bikini as I am other areas. I think this is because it is so painful that the nurses try to zap it quickly... so stress they keep going... I know they dont want to hurt us.. but we got to go through it to reep the benefits!!
Update: they have a new pain free laser-I will report soon.
The managers, I think it was Damon and Mark at the time I went (last year) were both friendly and very knowledgeable about their services but you usually encounter the receptionist and nurses who can be a hit or miss.
Towards the beginning of my treatment, the front desk staff was unpleasant and stuck up. I applied numbing cream before a hair removal session and instead of letting me sit in one of the empty treatment rooms, the staff told me to sit outside in the waiting area while she was flipping through a magazine and chatting with a coworker about her weekend conquests. This happened a few times but towards the end of my 6 treatments, I notice they were training new receptionists who were much more amicable.
I thought it was pretty expensive, I wish I did more research and compared prices because there are numerous places that are willing to match prices. You also have to pay for numbing cream here, other places I recently checked out are willing to include this and you also have the option to pay per session.
Parking is inconvenient and will cost you a couple bucks if you had to wait for a nurse that was running late with a prior appointment.
Do your research and compare prices, this isn't the best available place for laser hair removal in regards to prices and customer service.
Ive been there once and im going back there this coming Saturday for my second treatment.they promised me 30% improvement on my acne scars and they were right on the money.i highly recommend this place.
