I took my cat in for a second opinion (cancer) and was very disappointed with their service. The cancer was aggressive and advanced. We told the vet we wanted to make our cat as comfortable as possible and let her live out her life. Knowing this, the vet insisted we have blood work and x-rays (over $500) so he could better treat her. Little did we know the x-rays and blood work were exactly the same tests performed by her regular vet only a week before. I feel terrible that we put our cat through the trauma for nothing.

Additionally, we were charged for a urinalysis that didn't get done. When I called to ask about the charge I was told we would get a refund because the service was never rendered, but they didn't follow through.

Absolutely wonderful, caring, and knowledgable staff and doctors! They specialize in internal medicine, and opthamology, so you must get a referral first. Dr. Klare is absolutely amazing, and genuinely cares for your pet. She personally calls to discuss your pet's issues, and is very thorough and patient. I highly recommend the doctors here for your specialized pet needs.
