Best holistic approach to overall health and wellness center.......
A hidden gem in El Cerrito.........

I found Dr. Little office by mistake when I was searching for alternative medicine to cure my chronic back pain through a list of my heath care providers....... I remember coming across really great reviews on another website and then also finding the actual website for the office and I immedaitely wrote an email to see if I could get in......

To my surprise the Doctor had an opening that evening and I went right after work......... I had never been to a chiropractor and had heard stories from other people about their experiences so I was very hesitant but after doing my own research I thought this was all meant to be...

As I first entered the center I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist who toke me into another waiting area/ relaxation room where there was a shiatsu massage chair... I thought this was a creative way to have clients wait for their appointment to relieve stress and just focus and relax......there was also a helpful video to watch to explain what chiropractory is and what it does for the body... I was very educated and feel like more people should learn about alternative medicine...

Within a few minutes the doctor took me..{who happens to be extremly gorgeous.}......and we went over my symptoms and my long list of problems... he was very tenantive to my needs and concerned of my well-being...he also then explained what he was going to do and asked me to tell him when I felt uncomfortable or if there was too much pressure...
And then like magic {or a miracle}........he did some adjustments........and I almost cried with happiness since my back felt so great!!
Although, my chronic back pain has reduced significantly I am encouraged to go once every 2 weeks to make sure am in-lined and that I have good posture and continue to optimize my health...
My insurance reinburses me for my care and I love going there!
I have told so many people about my experiences and tried to convince them to give it a shot..
Because you really wont lose anything by trying.......in this case you will be gaining...

As the senior chiropractor and owner, I am proud of my holistic health center and day spa team. We have all worked hard to bring you our many services and products. I started out on my own in 2005, in a tiny little office on San Pablo Ave. Last year I moved to a larger facility up the hill, and had a grand reopening May 2008. I have expanded my staff to include 1 acupuncturist, 1 aesthetician, 2 massage therapists, and another chiropractor. SFW offers the finest natural supplements and skin care products available on the market today.
