Had my wedding dress altered with Rosie of Sottile in Mill Valley, CA.  As I am on a budget I was bit worried about Mill Valley prices for this East LA girl but Rosie's price was really fair.  

My adjustments aren't too much but given that I bought the dress as sample I'm glad to know I wont spend more on the alterations than I actually spent on the dress!  She happily added a wide ribbon sash to my very simple empire waisted Alencon lace sheath. It really made my waist definition the highlight of the gown - YAY!  

Rosie was really friendly, helpful & had great suggestions for making my vision of the dress take shape.  She caters to brides by specifically having appointments with them on her "closed" days which is nice since you can take the time to really work with her on making your bridal gown vision come to life.

Rosie does an AMAZING job.  She altered my wedding dress -- basically re-doing every seam -- and the results were terrific.  she also custom makes items.
