beyond satisfy trying out Dr. Dao . She is amazing. i've always been so skeptical with eye doctors , when it comes to my eyes . I went in and she was extremely nice , very to talk to , explain to her my eyes history & I can tell she was super thorough. Through my insurance with Co-pay for Glasses test & Contact lenses was $70
plus 2 boxes of contact lenses to bring home as (Trial). Amazing!! most places don't even give you more than the pair you're currently wearing. I am extremely happy coming here. Highly recommend!

Came here without appointment for Hoya glasses, the staffs helped me quickly, they explained for me which one covered by my company and which one I need to pay out of pocket. He looked at my prescription and recommended for me which frame is the best for me to wear. I will recommend for my co worker to come here to do the Hoya glasses. I haven't tried to get eye exam here, maybe the next time I would try my eye exam here.

I came here for my safety glasses and it was not a friendly place. The guy there was annoyed and not helpful answering my questions, it seems he wanted to rush me out of there. When I submitted my paperwork and asked the guy there if I can keep a copy of my application he gets an attitude and wanted to charge me $1 per page on the photocopier.

Very nice optometrist. I came here because it was the only optometrist on our telco list for safety glasses in Milpitas. My old doctor in Fremont retired. After a thorough exam, I picked out a pair for tinted and one for clear--both are comfortable safety glasses. When I picked them up after a couple of weeks, my vision is now perfectly clear again haha.

Doctor Sophie is awesome! Her staff is super friendly and accommodating. They have a huge selection of eye glasses and the doctor is an expert in contact lenses. Eye exam was through but not annoying, she's super sweet and will be my new OD. Wife and kids will be visiting next.

I have been going to Dr. Sophie since 2016. She's a wonderful eye doctor and very down to earth. She accepts all Insurances and her staff is very sweet. I've been to a few eye doctor's before but no one has compared to Dr. Sophie. She knows what she's doing and got me fitted for correct contacts and glasses. Before coming to her, I never knew I needed bifocals and when she made that call I was able to see perfectly. She's a really great doctor and I would recommend people coming here for a great eye service.

Her professional and courteous service deserves a 5 stars. She took time to explain the various types of glasses and styles. I was very pleased with the visit.

Eyes looked at as mandated and paid for by my part time employer (the one that requires to wear a uniform one weekend a month, plus two weeks out of the year). Had my eyes looked within a few months earlier actually, but had to a redo due to job specific specifications ... and I'm glad I did since Dr. Dao ran additional tests that weren't done the first time around which led to a slightly adjusted prescription for the job. And Dr. Dao very well knows how critically important it is for me to see well given my job requires that I identify certain objects from a far in order for me to perform my job -- and she used all due professionlism to do so. There was no hard sell involved here, which can be the case elsewhere. Dr. Dao was all about sincerity ... which makes it so very easy to recommend her highly.

The best optometrist dr EVER! It was supposed to be a simple in and out
check-up for new contact's prescription, but it turns out Dr. Dao took her
time to explain all the importantly aspect of daily contacts wears, when to
let your eye's breath, etc. The important stuff that my old optometrists'
didn't bother to explain or cared about except to get you in and out of
their office ASAP. If ya looking for a quick in and out appointment, I
don't think this would be the right Dr. for you, but if ya looking for
someone who would actually care about her work and yur sights then Dr. Dao
is totally the Dr for you.

I've seen Dr. Dao for 3 years now. I've always had a good experience with each visit. She's personable and thorough. I feel really comfortable during my visits. I'd recommend her to family and friends.
