I can't say much more than Jo did about Sony Holland's latest CD.  "Out of  This World" is exactly that....an absolutely superb effort by one of the jazz divas of our time.  Sony's rendition of jazz standards makes one feel warm and tingly all over - the kind of music that you want to hear in front of a nice fire, with a that special someone and a fine glass of wine - or in an intimate club where you can snuggle close and dance - or on your ipod when you're out trying to exercise
away those extra pounds, in a word, ANYWHERE.  Sony's vocal range, which can reach the highs and lows, is incredible and, whether she
does the standards, or Jerry's Holland's incredible music and lyrics,
she is outstanding.  Get a copy of "Out of This World" for the journey of a lifetime!

San Francisco's own Sony Holland just released her latest CD titled  "Out Of This World" And the name says it all.  This CD is HOT!!!  It hosts 13 songs, 10 of which are standards/cover tunes and include Old Devil Moon, Skylark, I've Got You Under My Skin, The Thrill Is Gone, Out Of This World and the all time favorite hit At Last of which Sony performs a spellbinding rendition of the Etta James classic.  The three original tunes written by songwriter Jerry Holland include a sensual romantic latin rhythm gem titled It's An Understatement and a playful tribute to Carmel by the sea aptly titled By The Sea.  The musicians on this CD are second to none as you will hear on the sound clips.
