Suddenly finding ourselves in need of a good pair of polarized sunglasses, my husband and I popped into Solstice.  (This was more for him than me, I already found a pair of glasses that I loved online) This was a big step for my husband who up until now has purchased his sunglasses exclusively on Canal St in NY.  The associates were helpful but not overly pushy; this was our first trip out we weren't really serious about purchasing and they seemed ok with that.  It really is like a big playground for you to try different types of sunglasses on to find the shape that works with your face.  The selection of polarized glasses is limited but that is to be expected anywhere.

They have an awesome selection of sunglasses especially Oliver Peoples which I love (not all tacky and "look at me" like Guccis and Chanels).  They run well into the 300s but I've never encountered a sunglass company that can fit my weird asian face like Oliver Peoples; also they seem to have the science of gradient lenses down..it's ridiculous how good you look.  

The service is amazingly sweet and attentive.  Not the type to care if you try on the whole store to find that perfect pair.  I brought in a pair of Chloes that I had killed and they bent them back into shape, balanced them, and pinched the nose a bit so it custom fit my face again.  And the best part?  They did it for free!

Tons of sunglasses from Gucci, Burberry, Dior, Chanel, Maui Jim, Oakley, and Oliver Peoples.  Just tons and tons of sunglasses.  GREAT FOR:  sunglasses?

Probably the biggest and best selection for designer sunglasses. Don't be surpised to find yourself purchasing a pair for the ridiculous price of $250 just because it looked absolutely phenomenal on you (and the sales clerk agreed).
