The gym search over, I can turn my time to more interesting endeavors - like wondering how long it will take the rats in my apartment building to eat the hedge. Or how glad I am I am not into Talk skittles.

I am posting a few gyms which I hope to visit some day  becaus eof good recommendations or talks with owner/manager. May you profit and benefit from my info.

I Love Hot Yoga- good concept, good introductory, a few mess ups with schedule when opened but that;s likely long over. The owner assured me that NO teachers would yell in a demeaning manner at students. (I have a 'thing' agains tthis).

Rain Fitness - very  curious about this place. I had the misfortune to speak to a manager who may not be there anymore-- I read a lot of want ads on c/l. The owner assured me of his concerns and described to me some great features. Jennifer Chimiengo teaches yoga for one of them and she is great.

On Gym - I was very impressed with a discussion with owner about his knowledge about training people older than 50.

Denali! this place is a class act! I simply live too far away - I did go there many years ago for some physiocal therapy so i recall the area- the drive through the arboretum is lovely and windows allow much light. My talk with a staff person was good.

Ballard Health Club- I went fo ryoga a few times. I chose not this one because they don't have spinning.

Kinesis- it's not a gym but a great resource. It's so expensive to me.

Many yoga studios- HYC, Samadhi, yoga on15th, the acroyoga instructors, Two Dogs, .

May your search be faster than mine!!!!!
