Crap.  I really like to be stingy with my 5-stars, but I just went to Smokey Bones and had to upgrade them from the 4-stars I gave them previously.  I got a full rack of baby back ribs, which (surprisingly) were tough and rather disappointing.  My waitress inquired about my food, and I told her it was a bit tough.  She immediately offered to get me another full rack, and about 10 minutes later, I had one sitting in front of me.  The second one was up to their usual standards; it was awesome.  They know how to take care of you there.

My other complaint in my previous review was about their side salads.  Their menu looks like it has been updated recently, and they now offer side salads for $3.49.  However, with some (most?) of the meals, it is only $2.49 to add a salad.  While I would still like to see a side salad as a standard side, the price to add one has at least entered a range I consider "reasonable".

If you like to sit down and have a few drinks with some friends, here is a place to do it.  They have a large drink selection and some of the best margaritas in town.  Applebee's meets Mancy's here, the American grill meets Mancy's quality and great decor.

I even saw hip-hop star Busta Rhymes pull up to this oversized log cabin.  The service is friendly, and usually short to no waiting.  I usually don't eat pork besides some baby back ribs, but the pulled pork sandwich is what I always get.  I like the idea of trying something new, but why change/fix it if its not broken?
