I was told tech would be at my home between 9-10am next day. tech did not show up. I called the office and they said the tech tried to call but could not get me to confirm our appointment so he went to his next appointment. I told them I was a little disappointed because I was told he would be there and I told them I would be there. I was not told he would call to check if I was there first? When I spoke to the owner Mr Thompson which is what he calls himself. He told me rudely that I can either take his service or not and he had the best prices in town and doesn't care if I use him or not because he has over 70 people lined up for service. I told him I care more about service than price. He told me his service was the best? its funny because a company that says they dont care if you use them or not, is not good service. I called ADT after our conversation and they were very helpful and assured me that a tech would be out today no matter what.

I called this company early am due to a prob with my alarm. The tech could not fix it on the phone. He took my phone #'s, said he would be out that day & call b4 he came. I called around 1:30 to check the status of the call and was connected to Mr Thompson. He was very abrupt, told me the price of the part and wanted to schedule an appointment. When I told him a tech had already scheduled it and asked him to check, he accused me of being upset, which I wasn't. Each time I tried to interject information or calm him down, He interrupted me and refused to listen to anything I had to say. He launched into a tirade... informing me how unappreciative I was of his service, my equipment was junk, parts were almost impossible to find for it and that even though it would be difficult, he would be able to meet my needs.
By simply requesting a service call and a request to check the status of a call that had been made earlier, I was basically informed I was an unappreciative ingrate that was nothing more than a pain to him and I was told 2 times during the conversation, I could take my business elsewhere.
I have no idea what set this man off, but he obviously views his customers as servants to him that dont deserve the honor of allowing him to provide his services.
I would NOT use this company again if the service was free.
Also, the company that fixed the alarm, sold the part at half the price Mr. Thompson quoted me and said the parts were readily availabe and off the shelf.
