Lee Elliot is not only a great walker but a truly loving individual with a lot of integrity. She charges below the going rate and our dogs are so much happier than before! I met her through a referral and have not been disappointed. She's been a lifesaver. These guys only walk small dogs in small groups. I have 2, one of whom had some serious problems which were corrected within a month. Prior to  these walks, they were wired when I got home. Now, they both greet me at the door mellow and happy.

I am appalled at Kate r's review of smalldogwalkers and Lee Elliot.  She was nothing but wonderful with my little chihuahua mutt.  He would always get so excited when she would come to pick him up and would bring her a toy just like he does with me and my partner.  In addition, the time he spent with Lee led to a noticeable reduction in his behavioral problems after only 1 week with Lee and her son.   I don't know what Kate R is talking about because I would recommend small dog walkers to anyone that wants their little dog to be cared for and treated with respect and love.

Sweet Jesus this woman is terrible.  She's inconsistent at best, preachy and sanctimonious and horrid at worst.  She'll email you constantly about how sad and lonely your dog is without you while you're at work, criticize the height of the bowl you use to feed him, and then she'll abruptly quit.  honestly, pay the extra $5 a day to hire an actual business.  she'll price gouge you randomly--"ohh, it's raining, WE charge an extra $15 a day when it's raining."  PS we = her and her  15 year old son--not, you know, an actual business.  exemplary!  she's got a screw loose.  and now she's threatened to sue me.  she's a peach.  her judgmental mentality is exhibited even in her self-defense--she's really a deeply angry person who needs to chill out.  nobody is attacking her son, who i am sure is lovely, and all i intended by posting was to express my experience with her as a not-so-professional professional.  take it for what ti is--but say something bad and she'll threaten legal action with lots of exclamation points over email. (PS i'm a lawyer, making it all the more inane) and she'll sic her other "friends" on you.  My current walker received a call from one of Lee's other clients who is switching from Lee's service because Lee exhibited similar behaviors with her--suggesting that the owner didn't care enough for her dog.  enough sanctimonious crap already.

i didn't care for your "business" and terminated our professional relationship; i used my voice on yelp as yelp intends one does.  now leave me ALONE.

And months later, i stand by this review--despite the fact that the crazy lady has threatened me with lawsuits, has sent me bizarre, angry emails about the empiness of my soul (!), and has demonstrated in her counter-review exactly what I said she is--she says i don't care for my dog, and she mentions the lawsuit.  uhhh.....  and i wasn't saying i was impervious to lawsuits as an attorney, i was saying i can judge the MERIT of a claim as a member of the bar.  the world would be better if i'd never met this piece of work.  i would highly recommend hiring a different walker, as she is just more trouble than she's worth.  Using my voice.  make your own decision!  that said, i am happy to recommend a walker if anyone wants a suggestion!

update: Lee's "business" closed.  shocker.  please see my review of hot diggity dog walkers---they are AWESOME!
