We would definitely recommend our friends to Sunil.

We were searching for a home in Fremont since Jan 2008. From Jan to November 2008 we were with another real estate agent and that agent had asked us to wait indefinitely on a Short Sale purchase offer and when we decided to withdraw that agent would tell us so many reasons not to withdraw or make another purchase offer. Finally in November (after Thanksgiving) we searched on-line and found great review for Sunil(Show and Sell Realtor). I went and met him on Saturday. He understood our requirement and took me around the neighbourhood and showed few properties. I was surprised cos my previous agent was never proactive. Our previous agent would just send us the MLS and make us choose from the list and make us wait for 2-3 days to show the property.

We liked couple of properties that he showed and just from the questions that my wife asked, he was able to figure out which one we liked most. The very next day he sent his partner Amos to get a estimate on the property. We gave the purchase offer and it was accepted and low and behold when the appraiser came in he exactly came with the same number that Amos has told us.

Little did we realize that accepting the purchase offer was the easiest part. The lenders messed up the loan process multiple times and had to rewrite the loan 3 times .Sunil was calm and guided us and helped us push hard on the Lenders. After every ordeal my wife and I would keep saying if we had our previous agent we wouldn't have gotten this far. He constantly communicated with the Listing agent and made the whole process smooth for us and the sellers. On 24th Jan 2009, the whole deal was about to fall apart (due to the lender) he acted quickly and contacted to another lender to be a backup. Finally our lenders cleaned up their act and got the financing on Monday.

We are very glad that we chose Sunil, without him we would be still searching for a home. Thank you Sunil and Show and Sell Realty. You are the best.
